CNC Router Machine XE-PRO with Ball Screws, 400W Spindle 3-Axis Engraving Milling Machine for Wood Aluminum Cutting Upgradable to Linear Rails（220V）

I Have been using the FA Vasto for 3 years now. And the time had come to upgrade and buy another machine. So after careful consideration i bought the XE -Pro. And Boy i’m impressed. The Vasto is Faultless. However the new Closed loop stepper motors really set the the 2 machines apart. This XE-PRO is Fantastic very accurate and as described. I tested the accuracy by setting the zero points and homed the machine a several times and each time the machine returned to it’s exact zero position even after i shut the machine down to simulate a power cut. I love love love this machine. Well done Fox alien keep up the good work. I have run the machine for 36 hours straight with no issues at all. This machine really is limitless. The next day delivery and value the value was really good. Set up was very quick and the instructions were very easy to follow. I would recommend this to any one.

I've had this machine for over six months and I couldn't be more happy with the machine, I think it took me less than an hour to build it but very very clear instructions so you can't go wrong. The machine is very rigid and has tackled some very intricate work and never seems to miss a beat. On top of that which has been the most important thing to me is there after sales Support is second none, you always get a very positive response and they're more than happy to help not only with supporting our products but also in my case pointing in the right direction of a few settings that I potentially got wrong would thoroughly recommend anybody to this machine and this company.

Once put to gather this machine is solid, no play at all in all axis. Has made my hobby much quicker . I did have a problem with the motherboard but foxalien sorted it with no fuss at all and part was shipped from china to uk in 4 days, great customer service and a great machine well worth the investment

Faulty and stop button of controller as well as missing memory parts

Watched a few reviews and decided on this machine. Got the linear rails upgrade kit Without the rails upgrade it's ok, but with the rails it's really unbeatable for the price. Difficult to find any other machine that comes close for the money. Spindle is ok for smaller jobs, will be upgrading to the 1HP as soon as I get chance. Machine comes with everything you need and it's worth watching a bunch of videos to help get started. I watched James Dean Designs whose videos will get you up and running. Not had any reason to call support yet, everything just worked straightaway with no problems. Just take your time building the machine. which is worth it. Oh and I bought direct from Foxalien in the UK and saved quite a bit. Highly recommend.

very impressive machine, though I think it would have been perfect with linear rails all round instead of an expensive add on. Aah well. Easy to assemble with good instructions. I am only a hobby machine user but I love this machine.

I bought from FoxAlien with a little trepidation but everything was good. The shipping was quick from the UK warehouse and the courier was fine. Three packages, one turned up a day later. I found the assembly instructions very clear and the packaging of the materials in plastic compartment box helpful. The machine seems very solid and from initial playing around seems to move smoothly and quickly. Please with my purchase and looking forward to exploring more.

Good delivery but paid £170 more than ordering direct from fox alien for just an extra few days wait. But that’s not knowing and impatience talking!

Die Fräse ist ein guter Anfang, aber schon nach kurzer Zeit waren, von meiner Seite aus, die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten ausgeschöpft. Versteht mich bitte nicht falsch. Das Grundgerüst ist sehr gut. Spindeln, Führungsschienen, Achsenantriebe usw. Und für diesen Preis ist das vollkommen in Ordnung!!!! Es wäre aber sehr schön wenn folgende Möglichkeiten gäbe, ob als Zusatzmodul oder schon vorbereitet: 1. Die Spindelgeschwindigkeit nicht über ein Poti zum steuern wäre sondern über die Software (nc-code) 2. wird die Spindel getauscht, weil die originale SEHR schwach und langsam ist. kann diese nur über ein Zusatzmodul gestartet und gestoppt werden. Viele Spindeln hätten aber die Möglichkeit ein 0-10V Steuersignal zu verwenden um die Geschwindigkeit zu steuern. Würde natürlich nur in Verbindung mit Punkt 1 wirklich Sinn machen. 3. Optional die Möglichkeit für Kühlmittelsteuerung währe Wünschenswert. 4. Optional die Möglichkeit für weitere Achsen (A und B) währen auch sehr schön. Mir ist klar, dass das zu dem Preis nicht umsetzbar ist. Aber ich habe auch nichts gefunden um das für die Maschine umzusetzen (zB. die Möglichkeit eine bessere Controllereinheit nachkaufen). Das war nun meckern auf hohen Niveau. Trotzdem bin ich mit der Maschine "ALS NEUEINSTEIGER" zufrieden!

I decided to invest in a CNC router for my Valor Woodworks workshop. After lots of research I ordered the Fox Alien XE Pro. This machine was delivered faster then expected and very well packaged. The assembly of the CNC was very easy and took me about 5 hours because I also upgraded it with linear rails as I was assembling it. This machine is extremely well made and you can see they paid attention to details building it. It’s made very solid and rugged. Their customer service is also top notch. The machine is very easy to use using Easel and Lightburn. If your looking to invest in a router CNC I definitely recommend the Fox Alien brand and the XE Pro… It now been a few months of using the machine: This machine is extremely well built also there customers service and support has been extremely good had a couple of little issues and they where extremely quick in rectifying the issues.. So far this machine is solid and the quality of laser engraving you get out of this machine with there 40 watts laser addon is quite impressive.. I strongly recommend this machine to everyone…

Amazing machine, amazing customer service! Amazon managed to mess the order of this CNC router up but Fox Alien came through to honour a previous deal with no hesitation. CNC itself is well built, instructions make assembly a breeze and I can’t wait to put it to work!

This machine is solid and precise. I use Vcarve Desktop to produce Gcode and Candle to make .nc files to run on the machine. The controller works well in either controller mode or PC mode. It is smooth, moves as commanded with no backlash or misalignment. The work space has clamp holds every 9mm apart, leaving plenty of room for small or full size projects. I'm new to CNC and had no problem assembling it or running programs. The Z axis has plenty of room to work those thick carvings I like to create. I have used many tools: Vcarve 60 and 90 deg., end mills 1/8" and 1/4" and two size ball mills. I wish the controller screen was a bit larger, but it is easy to use and functional.
