Ive been on depo for about 6 years, so I have been low on vitamin D ever since. I was completely ignorant of how important vitamin D is until now that I see and feel the difference. I finished taking my first bottle and Ive come to realize that my hair doesn’t fall out anymore. The fall out is very very minimal, I'm in disbelief because prior to vitamin D, I would shed excessively, like a German shepherd 😂. I always figured it was normal because I have double or triple the amount of hair an average person has that the amount of fallout seemed reasonable. BUT I was wrong!! Also, My dad also has fallout on his temples so I thought it was genetic for me and thats why I had fallout on them too, well I was wrong about that too because I can visibly see quite a difference. And hear me out I never believed you can see a big difference within 3 months when using or consuming any products/medicine/supplements etc but just in 3 months I was able to see a difference. Ive also felt a difference in my energy levels, although I am also consuming vit B12 for the same reasons, I feel the vitamin D has contributed to it as well.One more thing to mention, I am on my 2nd month of glp-1 medication. While on this medication most people find themselves loosing a lot of hair for the same reason they are not consuming enough vitamins. I have not experienced this at all, and I highly believe it’s because I have been taking these vitamins. So if you are a person on BC or a GLP medication make sure to be on point with your vitamin D.

Better than a pricey prescription! I tried to improve my Vitamin D levels into normal range for years, as I suffer from a rare headache disorder and Vitamin D can play a role. My doctor had me taking super high levels of prescription Vitamin D and it yielded zero results. I decided to try sublingual and it had made a world of difference. I am now in normal range (though it has not helped the headache, sadly). The pills are small and easy to take. I highly recommend for anyone trying to improve their Vitamin D level.

This Vitamin D supplement is amazing - it was recommended by my son's nurse, and in three months it improved my son's Vit D levels by 29 points! Vitamin D was once an issue in my blood work and my doctor wanted me to do those huge doses to get mine up to par. I'm kinda skeptical about supplements being effective. Especially those calcium hard horse pills I sometimes think float around unused in cesspools. I love the idea of a liquid therefore. But I started taking this tiny dissolvable Vitamin D 5000 IU pill I found on Amazon and my vitamin D is above average after a few months taking! I'm a believer.

My Vitamin D l serum levels have been bumping the basement for decades despite oral supplements. My functional medicine doctor recommended this product because sublingual absorption is about 30% effective versus about 5% from the stomach. Even at 10,000 units daily by stomach route I saw no real improvement. Taking the same amount subligually, my levels more doubled in 3 months. Tastes good, too!
