This is amazing bread improver
I make my own bread in a Panasonic bread maker and have recently been buying Tescos cheapest plain flour. I packet makes 3 400g loaves but because it's cheap flour, the loaf tops out about 3/4 up the tin. I decided to try this product and give it a spin. Now, the packet of Tesco flour costs 75p and I decided to use the maximum dosage of the product 8g. At this rate, it costs 9p per loaf. I haven't added the teaspoon of salt, sugar and rapid bake yeast or 15g of Willow to the total but let's assume 5 to 10 pence. That means I am making a loaf for 44p plus the cooking. The finished loaf came right up to the top of the tin so I even get a bigger loaf for my money and it tastes a whole lot better. Call me a miser, but bread is bread to me and the cheaper you can get it the better. I can't recommend this bread improver more.

Fantastic !
Only used it twice on a fast bake in my Panasonic Breadmaker using 8g. Both times the results were excellent. Bread rose far higher, the taste and texture were great. The bread lasted for 3 days . Cannot fault it .

Is it VFM
I have tried many bread improvers. My favourite has become too expensive. However, this product actually works very well and I would recommend it for it's value for money. About 6-8grams is sufficient. The price does vary, but I am tracking that and will purchase more when the price drops.

Bread making ingredient
It arrived quickly and perfect. It is about the fourth time I have ordered from this company and will continue to order from them.

This just works
I have tried a few improvers and they can work slightly differently, usually depending on the type of flour used. I tried this out at 1% and the bread was good, although I need to run some tests to get the quantity correct. This just works fine, based upon the same flour used with no improver.

No good!!
I bought this because of all the 5 star reviews. But I didn't see any difference between using it and not. My bread comes out exactly the same. Maybe its not great with bread machines, but I shall be returning to my original brand. I also can't find a way to contact the seller which is also very annoying.
