If you want more non-jittery, clean energy (with many, many more benefits), this is IT!!! I stumbled across this stuff looking for an alternative to electrolyte powders & I’ve been blown away by how much better I feel. I just turned 50, have been in full blown menopause for a couple of years &, as a professional horse trainer & running/tending our animal sanctuary - I have a busy, very physical lifestyle. There’s not a time that I can remember that I ever felt like I had enough gas in my tank & getting through my day - even though I love what I do - has always been an exercise in endurance & will power. Along with perimenopause came some pretty severe ADHD symptoms as well & “the struggle” has been all too real for a very long time. I use lots of great supplements, eat a very carefully curated diet, exercise on top of my high daily activity & do all the things you’re supposed to - but, even though I feel much better doing those things than I would if I didn’t, I’ve been dragging. I’m very grateful for the relatively strong & comfortable body that I have - but despite my best efforts (emphasis on effort), I have had low back pain, mild dizziness, constant fatigue, frequent brain fog, more & more episodes of lack of &/or hyper-focus & a continuing decline in overall mental & physical pep that’s caused me to need more & more sleep, which leaves me still feeling pretty blah. HOWEVER, I’m very excited that all of that has been rapidly changing since I started using 40,000 Volts. I’m onto my 2nd week of use & I feel better than I have in many years - in truth, I don’t remember ever feeling this good. I’m well aware that we’re all mineral deficient, but I thought that I had been compensating adequately for that with supplements & nutrition - obviously, I was wrong. It took me a couple of days to notice, but my back pain has subsided, my flakiness has largely disappeared & the energy I have is nothing short of incredible. Instead of nodding off at 7 or 8PM, now, I’m enthusiastically starting another project & I wake up before my 5AM alarm feeling rested & ready to go. It’s not fidgety, twitchy, speedy energy - I simply feel alert, appropriately focused & productive. As many reviewers have mentioned, it tastes awful - I know from previous experience that this is probably because I needed it so badly - minerals can be unpleasant on the palette when our body doesn’t recognize them - because it’s starting to taste better the longer I use it. I wouldn’t say it tastes great now, but it’s much milder. I would suggest mixing a teaspoon into an ounce or so of water, taking it like a shot & chasing with more water - it doesn’t have an aftertaste & this method makes it so that you only have about half a second of yuck to deal with - WELL worth it for the benefits! Everyone & every body is different - there’s a possibility that you won’t have the same results that I have, but I strongly feel that this is worth a try for anyone & definitely commit to give it some time do it’s magic. This is one of the best additions to my routine I’ve made in a long time! *Update mid-February - after a couple of months of use, I’m continuing to feel the benefits. I’m still only half way through my first bottle, so the value is pretty great - less than $5/month, when I was spending more than that in A WEEK on my previous electrolyte supplement & didn’t notice much, if any difference.

I originally bought this to help support hydration and electrolytes, and it has become one of those products I keep reaching for. A few drops in water and you're good to go. It's especially helpful on busy days, hot days, or anytime I'm trying to stay on top of hydration. As someone who deals with POTS, every little bit helps, and I appreciate having an easy way to add minerals without carrying around multiple products. The taste is noticeable if you add a lot, but it's easy to adjust the amount to what works for you. One bottle lasts quite a while, which makes it a good value too. It's not flashy, and nobody is going to get excited about mineral drops, but sometimes the products that quietly do their job end up being the most useful. My water is happier, my body is happier, and that's enough for me. 💧⚡🤣💙

It a decent product but I feel like there may be higher quality, more effective options out there

I rarely write reviews, but this stuff is a life changer for me. I‘ve always been a sipper, which makes it difficult to stay hydrated. Enter 40,000 Volts. As others have noted, if you follow their recommended dosage, it tastes awful. But if you add just a few drops to a liter, it tastes WONDERFUL! For the first time in my 77 year old life, I am guzzling water, like well over a half gallon a day without even trying. I start a large glass of water with a few drops, and cannot stop drinking until I drain it. Highly recommended.

Love this stuff. You can feel a difference in your guts after drinking a dose. It’s very salty but I find it goes down smoothest if you use just a small amount of water for you dose and throw it back shot style. It’s still gonna be unpleasantly salty but for a lot less time than a beverage that’s larger under the guise of taste dilution. Even if you add your dose to like 8+ ounces of beverage you’re gonna be able to taste the supplement at least a little bit. So if you’re like me and hyper fixate on stuff like that, definitely throw it back shot style. But what you shouldn’t do is let the fact that it doesn’t taste great stop you from using it because it’s a god send!

You DONT need a lot. The taste is very subtle for me i do about 40 drops or a 1/2 tsp for 40 oz of water. When I started I did 80 drops or 1 tsp. It depends, but it helps so much. I was chronically dehydrated it was BAD and I dealt with so much fatigue and muscle cramps, dry skin etc. I already have a chronic illness so that was for its own reason, but I really do have to say this improves my condition. Alhamdudillah. I’ve been using it everyday for a month and I’ve barely used an 1/10th of the bottle. I chose this brand over a couple I was looking at because of the purity of the product and it seems to uphold the standard it claims to have. I’m grateful for it.

I started doing hot yoga and heated sculpt classes about 2 months ago and noticed that I always felt thirsty and regular water wasn't enough. Besides, I knew how important it was for overall health to replace the vital electolytes I was sweating out 2-3x a week in my practice. 40,000 Volts has been one of the most impactful supplements I've tried! The taste is unnoticeable to me at this point: I put anywhere from 30-40 drops at a time in my 32 oz. water bottle and sip throughout the day. I repeat this two or three times a day, depending on how much water I go through. Another reviewer mentioned the taste/mouth feel being faintly similar to milk, and that's the perfect description. Very mild flavor with a velvety texture. I've come to find it much more refreshing than plain water. I find myself feeling much more hydrated and peeing less often while drinking the same amount of water. I believe this is because my body is actually being hydrated now, as opposed to the plain water just passing through my system. I am very happy with my purchase and will repeat when my bottle is finished. Great value and excellent product!

Does have a bit of a bitter taste, you need to try with different things to see how you like the taste. A fave of mine is about 2 cups water, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp trace minerals, and a shot of "skinny girl" stevia/erythritol sweetener. I also add 1 tsp to my coffee, with collagen powder, shot of sweetener, and coffee cream or coconut milk. I didn't love this at first but it was tolerable and am used to it now. I follow a keto way of eating, and this has made my nightly leg cramps disappear when other supplements didn't.

I use this product every morning and throughout the day. Every morning, I start my day with a hot vitamin C drink and a squeeze of these of these minerals. Later in the day, I make a water bottle with a splash of OJ and another squeeze of 40,000 Volts. I have noticed after one week the my skin is more hydrated and my bathroom routines have been eased. The taste is strong and salty which is why I don't like to take it in water alone.
