Serious Gainz Bulk Mass Gainer Protein Powder 5kg Weight Gain Shake

I get this on a monthly basis. Along with the Serious Protein label tub. Banana is the nicest. Vanilla and white chocolate are also ok. Do a 50/50 mix of each in every shake with skimmed milk a banana, smooth peanut butter and almond extract or cocoa powder. To adjust and boost up the flavour. Then liquidise for 30 seconds. Comes out fine. Have 3 each day. 1 with breakfast & lunch. Then 1 before bed. It’s a great product compared to others for the price paid and volume of it you get.

I have been using this product for a while now and I feel it does exactly what it says on the tin, great shake for building mass. Relatively cheap for what you get and the taste is good too, one thing I noticed is certain flavours take longer to blend in than others and require a lot of shaking, but that’s overlooked by the fact that it’s a great tasting shake which does exactly what it’s made for. Will continue to use this product

In terms of total weight, excellent value, twice that of some of the competition (i.e. I could only get 2.5kg of a different brand for the same price as this 5kg). However, this is only about 25% protein, with 65% of it being carbs; Some other brands are around 75% protein and less than 10% carbs. Comparing calories, by weight, this is about the same as some other brands. So comparing this to some of the competion (a 2.5kg bag that costs the same), for your money with this 5kg you are getting twice the calories but only 2/3s of the protein (i.e. for this 5kg vs the 2.5kg competitor, total, there is c. 19,000 calories vs 9,500, but only c. 1.3kg of protein vs 1.9kg, respectively). Taste is good (it actually does taste like white chocolate); Quite sweet (it has an artificial sweetener sucralose). It also mixes really well (some other brands tend to clump up, but not this). So overall, good, but if all you want is the protein, there is better value for money out there.

The product is very good, but delivery is a nightmare. I ordered it twice. The first time it was delivered, but not to my address. The second time it was thrown in the trash. The packaging itself was damaged. Half of the powder spilled out. The lid looked like someone had thrown the package because it's not easy to open.

My pack was partially opened om delivery, nothing major but powder leak. I could deal with that. But whats with the taste. I ordered white chocolate, i got it mixed but it has no flavourings at all and does not mixes well. It like drinking thick flour and water mix. Its disgusting!! Will not buy ever again

Not the greatest tasting but definitely not the worst. I drink mine with milk and I've found that adding a few spoons of nesquik into the mix makes it taste 100x nicer. It can be abit grainy but I use a blender to make mine and if you let it mix long enough then it mixes well. You can't go wrong for the price as its great value for money. Overall I'm happy with the product 👍

Taste nice, bit hard to mix it well because still Taste of powder when I swallow it. Good size for the price . Need to make bit ticker or less water for better Taste.
