Entertaining and educational
Fun! We use this game during homeschool for a game break or brain warm up in the morning. Itโs fun and can be silly.

Most fun we've had in ages
I have teenagers. Enough said. Getting them to play games, let alone have FUN playing a game, is virtually impossible. We were going on a short trip, and I ordered this on a whim because I was looking for something that would be easy for my autistic 14-year old to participate in. Little did I know that it would be my other two teens who would play this for over an hour. They love teasing each other and pushing each other's buttons, and this game did the trick. We were all laughing so hard, my daughter was crying and I had to "pause" the game so we could all reset. The more ridiculous the connection, the better. A bird and a hairbrush? "A bird would pull hair out of your hairbrush to put in its nest." A car and a dinosaur? "You could outrun a dinosaur in a car like they did in Jurrasic Park'." Are those "legal" connections? Probably not, but the creativity and sheer ridiculousness of the answers it what makes this a fun and unique game.

What do a fork and a puppy both have in common?
Well according to my 7 year old, they're both great diggers. We play a modified version now, as it's a bit complicated for the youngest of my bunch, but the concept is really simple. You play the cards, call out the ways that they're similar and collect cards to see who can get the most by the time the cards are all gone. It can be played anywhere, like on the bus in Demver during prime time traffic, and the cards are sturdy enough to withstand grubby hands. It can be a quick game, or more grueling. It all depends on how you want to play. The best part is seeing how it makes my kids think outside of the box. It's teaching them and they don't even realize it, which is a huge win in this Homeschool mama's book! The pictures on the cards make game play easier for my non readers, making it a useful tool for parents with kids of all ages. This was a great purchase, definitely worth the money!

Really great and Fun game and was recommended by our All about reading program
It's an easy to use really fun game. Helps to teach quick association between pictures. No reading required so learning disabilities are eliminated from learning this game. Dislike: coming in second.

Why use it for its intended purpose?
The deck comes with rules for various different games, most of which aren't very fun. But I found that these cards are excellent for making games or for using as flash cards for little kids. The fun images and colors are an excellent teaching tool. I also found it was much more fun to turn this game into a story telling game by shuffling the deck and flipping a card. One person must start the story using whatever is on the card and stop at some point in the story then flip a new card on the next person and they have to continue the story using the new word. It's a lot of fun!
