A friend brought one of these over months ago for my husband to try on his face, neck and upper back. We were all shocked with how well it worked. It's small and simple in design but super helpful in alleviating tension and muscle stress. My husband keeps one on his bedstand and one at work in case he needs a quick destress.

I haven’t used that often so I can’t really say if it is really effective.

I didn’t understand what the big deal about this before but now I bought it I carry it everywhere. Or have one on my desk. I bought with organic oil for face and use it to massage daily. I also use to stimulate my scalps. My left head doesn’t hurts but when I use it for right side it hurts so I have been use to massage to get circulation going. My face is smaller and skin is glowing. I definitely feel the differences. The facial at the salon they used to do really mean massage that hurts like hell but with this, I regularly remove toxin out of my face no longer hurts when salon massage is done on me. The packaging arrived with greasy marks on the box itself and the label was greasy and torn. The item itself has a chip in the corner of the gua sha. The gua sha would probably be nice to use , too bad I recieve the item and packaging in this condition.
