Good suppliment

Pretty good. I feel a little more better after taking these. But I also don't feel any major changes. It didn't change my life Make me smarter or help me lose weight or anything else like that. But It did help with a little bit of brain fog tho. But I'm also taking a bunch of other vitamins along with just this one so take my opinion with a grain of salt. So far it hasn't done any damage but it hasn't really made significant changes either

I don’t know if the people reading this realize what that cost you in your health and financially all these companies that send 60 pills in a bottle that can hold 300 anyway Car Gael is a great company and they still manufacture majority of their product

Don’t stick your nose in the bottle! It has a slight odor! No side effects though! Plus your nose will get caught in the bottle! Depends on the size of your nose!
