I can’t get my chimes to chime

You maybe have set the chimes up wrong. Try setting it up differently and then light the candles- it’s beautiful!

Can you get replacement strikers

In strikers do you mean candles, if so yes. Or the little metal bits that strike the bells, if so they could be replaced with thick wire if lost. This is my 2nd set as l lost the bells which oddly always appear before Xmas and disappear again when the original set come out of the loft!!!!
