Yes, love this salt. I had bought the coarse one before this fine version and I love both! This time I did not realize I ordered the fine version. But I like the fact that there are minerals and it’s better for you than regular salts found at grocery store! I highly recommend switching to this brand!

I even put a little pinch, just a little pinch, in my water. In the morning! For hydration. To get things moving. Believe me, it really gets things moving.
