I had 3ea different M2 reader and I returned 2ea of them one because my M2 drive wouldn't fit in the slot or Sata plug just was too small and the second one the m2 plug slot was to narrow for the M2 drive

This really works. It is recognized at boot and it works well attaching after boot too when the OS is running. Im using a 18 terabyte HDD and i have had no issues. This is a vital product and part of any techie's kit. I wish i would have bought this before I tried other products.

This worked great on a 250gb and 500gb ssd and also worked on a 1tb m.2. But did not work on an SSD 2tb in size. so watch what size drive you use this for.

This SATA SSD Drive Reader was defective. I attempted to read three different SATA SSDs straight frorm my desktop PC. The Reader powered up, but would not read any of the drives when connected to each one individually as per the Instruction Manual. And when I reinstalled the drives into my computer, all three worked perfectly. I have no doubt it was not the retailer's fault.

Worked well with SATA SSD and NVMe. It could be a little sturdier but it is small, light weight and easy to add to my tool kit.

オフラインクローン非対応モデル（型番 S1232A）を購入しました。 M.2 SSD は NVMe と SATA の両方に対応し、サイズも 2280 だけでなく 2242 など、幅が 22mm であれば長さに関係なく接続できます。また M.2 ではない SSD や HDD も SATA 接続できます。M.2 と SATA は同時に使用できるようです。 注意点。M.2 も HDD もむき出しの状態で接続します。よってデータ移行など、一時的な接続に限って使うことをお勧めします。SATA 端子にはカバーがありますが、M.2 端子にはカバーがありません。 PC との接続は直付けされた USB 3.1 Type-C です。電源供給には専用の AC アダプターを使います。
