I totally love this stuff. I started off using the Himalayan shilajit, but much prefer this Siberian version now. It does taste slightly different, but not in a bad way. I take it as a supplement for energy/workouts and feel like it helps. It's got the consistency of axle grease, only thicker, and it didn't even properly melt during the recent 36 degree heatwave here in the UK! It seems to last forever and is easy to add to coffee using the spoon provided, which hangs on the edge of your cup (see photo). Little design details like this are always to be applauded. I haven't been sponsored to leave this review, but I am brazenly looking for a free sample,but only because the product is great.

Great product, see if it’ll make a difference

I've been taking shilajit, various pot sizes and various brands, but this little firecracker is the best I've tried for a long while. Good, thick and sticky, it's definitely a pick-you-up and feel good product that I thoroughly recommend. Yes, the pot is small but the health benefits large. I feel healthy and look forward to each day, and this, I believe, could be because shilajit is working its magic and with subtlety, working wonders for me as a general tonic. Also, I used to drink a lot of alcohol. These days, I don;t feel that I need to consider it. With shilajit and a couple of other carefully selected supplements of the healthy kind, all is well. I hope it works for you too. I have a feeling that after 3 weeks, you'll feel like a different person, hope so anyway. Just a pea sized amount each day. I don't mind the taste of it, just pop it onto my tongue and suck., You may prefer to make a drink out of it with honey or something to mask the taste, if you find it to be unpleasant,.Bye for now!

This is the real genuine stuff unlike other fabricated products. Tastes foul but helps.

dont buy it, looks cheap, no data on the box about the harmful metals or anything, no proof of third party tested, God knows how many harmful metals are in there.. Now i can not even return this item, the jar is not even opened.. MONEY IN THE BIN, better ask chat gbt and it will describe you how a jar should be sold and at what to look when to buy. Just avoid it for your own benefit. and the other thing, i had another brand bought not from amazon, there was information about the batch nr, when tested, results of the tests and so on but i cant get to that city to that shop, and that one was 30pounds for 20g jar and this one 40 for 50 g.. its cheap and only marketing words on it with no actual proof.

Good item

This has a lovely earthy almost smoky taste I love, like a Lapsang tea but with added minerals. If you only have one pea size a day it does last for roughly 6 months.

Durch Zufall bin ich auf die Thematik Shilajit gestoßen. Dieses Harz steht in dem Ruf wahre Wunder zu bewirken! Das wollte ich doch genauer wissen. Also machte ich kurzerhand einen Selbstversuch. Ich habe jeweils im Zyklus von 14 Tagen 1x als Kapsel aus der Apotheke, 1x als Harz aus dem Himalaya und 1x Altai Shilajit jeweils mit warmen Wasser eingenommen. Danach 14 Tage Pause. Zaubern können alle drei Mittel nicht! Aber als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel haben alle drei ihre Vor- und Nachteile. Die Kapsel ist leicht einzunehmen und geschmacklich neutral. Die Harze aus dem Himalaya und dem Altai auf den ersten Blick gleich. Wobei das Altai Harz teurer ist aber mit 50g im Glas recht gut preislich abschneidet. Wobei das Harz aus dem Himalaya 30g sehr billig war. Das Glas war aber auch nur halb voll. Die Harze waren geschmacklich unterschiedlich. Himalaya sehr intensiv, rauchig und bitter. Das Altai war etwas milder, kräuterartiger und erdiger. In Wasser gelöst mit etwas Honig jeden Morgen kein Problem 😌. Durch die unterschiedlichen Herkunftsgebiete sind natürlich auch unterschiedliche Minerale und Spurenelemente in verschiedenen Konzentrationen in den Harzen vorhanden. Das Altai hat einen höheren Eisen Anteil. So das Himalaya Shilajit gut für mehr Energie im Alltag ist. Das Altai Shilajit ist eher ein mineralstoffreicher Allrounder für Knochen, Muskeln und Regeneration nach dem Sport. Fazit… Wie gesagt ein Zaubertrunk oder Jungbrunnen sind alle SHILAJIT Mittel nicht! Wer mehr Energie benötigt und geistig fit bleiben möchte sollte das Shilajit aus dem Himalaya nehmen. Wer mehr körperlich beansprucht wird sollte zu dem Shilajit aus dem Altai Gebirge greifen. Ich nehme beide immer im Zyklus 14 Tage und 14 Tage bis 3 Wochen Pause. Das ist wichtig damit der Körper sich nicht daran gewöhnen kann. Shilajit ist ein Naturprodukt und ein Geschenk der Natur… Was wir leider nicht immer zu schätzen wissen…
