This is probably the best bargain I ever bought on Amazon. I have always had problems with earwax build up and have had to have my ears syringed a number of times over the years. After a swim session I came out of the pool and my ear blocked when I was trying to get water out, the ear was totally plugged with earwax and so I started putting olive oil drops in and prepared myself to make a doctors appointment, wait the usual 2 weeks using drops then get it syringed again. Over a couple of days the ear worsened and I could feel pressure in my jaw and was getting headaches to go with my deafness and the buzzing in my ear. So I decided to look for something online to attempt to clear the ear myself I was that desperate for relief. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a go, at less that a fiver it was well worth a gamble. The day after I ordered this item it arrived and I headed to the bathroom not really expecting it to work to be honest, especially as I had only been using ear drops for 3 days so was thinking it may not have softened up enough yet.. Well after the first 3 attempts nothing, so I carried on deciding I would give it a dozen or so shots into the ear, well on the 4th attempt it dislodged a few flakes, nothing major but at least it was something, the next couple of shots the same, a few flakes then on the 7th attempt we have a breakthrough, a huge chunk of wax came out, I was amazed but still deaf and so on I went, in the end I did around 15 shots into my ear and removed 4 huge chunks of wax and loads of smaller flakes, I dried my ear and over the next 5 minutes I had full hearing again and my pain was gone. This is amazing and believe me, IT WORKS! If you have problems with earwax you must try this.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so happy with this product! I was having a terrible time with a blocked ear, so I bought this product, used it about 3 times in a row and my ear unblocked and I could finally hear again. I did use olive oil drops for a few days beforehand, so make sure to do that. Highly recommended!

Ok a lot of positive reviews and a lot of do not busy this reviews. So here is an honest review. First, you can not expect a syringe and warm water to create a myricle So start by spending a few days adding olive oil to your blocked ear. This is important as this will start breaking the wax up Next on the day before use put olive oil in the troublesome ear whilst lying on your side and rest a heat pack(not too hot) over your ear, this will loosen the wax plug. Next take the syringe to the bathroom, fill your bowl with fairly hot but not boiling water. Tilt your head toward the sink enough for the water to drain but not flow out. Do this three or four times and then tilt your head into the sink ear fully down and gentle as can be pull the ear lobe away to allow all of the water to flow out. Repeat above. Then look in disgust or delight at the wax you have removed In a nutshell this is a brilliant product with great instructions for the use, but be realistic and prepared first!! Soft on your ears, reusable and value for money. A quality product for wax removal. But just remember if you want a miracle that involves just water, then you best phone Jesus and say make me some wine.

This is a real bargain and simple to use. Just make sure you use ear drops for a few days up to a week before using. I found this very easy to use and it cleared a lot of wax out of my ears. I have narrow ear canals, but I didn't find this painful at all. I found this safe to use, and was pleased there was more than one tip, so a family could use it safely without cross contamination. Easy to clean and looks like it will last a long time. It does come with instructions, follow these and it does work. I used boiled tap water cooled down to body temperature. The size is quite small, so you may have to refill it and use it a few times to remove very hard (soften first with ear drops!) or copious wax. That saved me over £60 over having to go to a private ear clinic for wax removal. It was worth a shot and it was considerably cheaper!

Good product which has worked for me in the past but realised on delivery that the product comes with or without the medical grade olive oil. For the extra two quid make sure you order with the olive oil. It’s a bit useless without oil to soften the wax before use and quite expensive if brought separately.

I have been using Cotten buds to clean my ears for years without any problem until one day when I used it I blocked my ear. I struggled to hear for days and started using olive oil in the hope that the wax would naturally come out. After a week of not hearing I started to get headaches and got sinus. I was seriously fed up and then came across this when someone advised me to consider syringing my ears. I really didn't fancy going to the doctors or making an appointment with a nurse as I wasn't expecting to get an appointment anytime soon and the hassle. I read the reviews on this syringe and I told myself that if this works it would take a good few attempts so I will need to make several attempts. By now I had used olive oil morning and night for 5 days. I used warm water and it felt like it took 2 syringe fills to completely fill my ear canel. Bear in mind water starts spurting out of the ear almost straight away ( or that's what it felt like) and I made sure I kept a towel.around my neck, but you still get wet. I did it over a sink and used 2 hands to have better control. The water gushed out of my ear while I was syringing bent over a sink and when the gushing water lessened, I stood up straight and heard what felt and sounded like an air bubble pop and a lump of wax fell into sink. I couldn't belive the size and how soft it was ( which would have been the olive oil I had been using) and yes I could hear again. I couldn't belive how easy it was and how good the warm water felt going into my ear ( felt quite soothing). I did my other ear just cos it felt good but there wasn't any wax in that ear. So this is definitely worth getting but I think it only worked straight away for me unlike some of other reviews because I had softened the wax by using olive oil for several days. By the way the different coloured tips I beleive are so that different family members have their own tips and not related to any speed of flow etc

I suffer from recurring ear wax blockages due to wearing earplugs frequently at work. Ear drops in my experience might soften the wax they but don't do anything to actually remove it. Because NHS GPs no longer treat ear wax I have previously paid for microsuction treatment. Each time I had to wait two or three weeks for an appointment and paid about £50. It worked but less than a year later the wax came back. This time I decided to try this kit before booking another appointment and I am glad I did. I had already been putting ear drops in for about a week with no improvement. The syringe kit arrived the day after I ordered it, I followed the clear instructions, and twenty minutes later I had flushed out a surprising amount of wax from both ears and my hearing was clearer than it had been for months. The process was simple and painless and not too messy. Note that you should use body-temperature water, and keep flushing until the wax stops coming out (one ear was so blocked that it took about ten flushes before the biggest chunk came loose).

I went to the doctors and got told I had wax in my left ear which was bad, she couldn't see the eardrum at all. She told me to wait for 2 weeks while trying the ear drops I have been using but my hearing was getting worse and had this for about a week or so until I couldn't hear at all out of that ear. Asked the GP again, I couldn't wait any longer but got told they don't have the equipment anymore and don't know when they will get it in so just like with many other issues I have had they do nothing to help me, so end up dealing with things myself and can't afford to go private. I brought this ear camera to see what was going on and was shocked to see how much wax was in the ear and managed to remove a lot but it was going right close to the ear drum and was uncomfortable to try and remove that so looked around on amazon and saw this product. The reviews with pictures got me to buy, but was thinking this probably wouldn't work though had to try right! well I put my head over the sink with my ear facing down over it and squirted the water up into the ear and noticed some wax come out, but only small amounts so far, still couldn't ear. I kept going with more and more wax coming out then I guess after like 10 goes... bang I suddenly could hear again. It was a strange feeling after being deaf in that ear for so long, I used my camera and could see it made a hole in the wax and could see my ear drum behind it but some still there so gave it some more goes and it removed it. Amazing! it saved me a lot of money having to go private. Would recommend this product if you have a really bad blockage, try this before going!. Use ear drops first though to loosen the wax up first as this helps.

Better and more effective than the earwax removal systems with the flush bulb by far. Follow the directions to the letter and it'll clear the wax out quickly.
