I’m not about the flood my bathroom just to complain about a product but if it helps the leak ran the full length of the plastic joining the taps 😳

Plumber not needed, I was able to connect this myself, instructions are easy to follow. The grey connectors slip over the taps and screw the connectors together, it's a great product goes between shower and bath

Is this white or chrome?

It's chrome coloured plastic . Don't waste your money though. It doesn't work very well. You're better with the cheaper one that fits each tap separately and wraps around and fastens with velcro at the back of each tap. It works so well :)

How does the riser fit to the wall?

I followed all the instructions on the manual which was very helpful n step by step, all fittings was supplied and to this day it's still working and attached to the wall, it really is the best I've seen n defo recommend
