Beefy as hell
This thing is fine. It's kind of a crummy surface finish because it was sand cast, but it fits a 65mm spindle fine (I'm using a Makita trim router in there). One of the bolt holds isn't threaded, but who cares? 2 bolts gets the job done just as well. It's beefy as hell, plenty of space to put threaded holes for mounting.

Great mount, great price
Works great. My only complaint is that the size doesn’t allow for mounting directly to aluminum profiles with 40mm t slot spacing. I had to machine an adapter plate, but I used the opportunity to make the adapter plate able to tram the mount using an eccentric bushing. Seems to really hold the spindle tightly.

Decent and cheap
I believe this is die cast by the knock out marks on 1 side. They machine the back surface to flatten and make it parallel to the bore. I had a very slight rock in mine so I put sharpie on the back and rubbed it on abrasive paper on a flat plate. In a few seconds it stopped rocking so it was pretty good to start with. The bore is pretty parallel as well ,I checked it with a test indicator. It was $24 so not bad.

Just as the description states.
It's a good stout piece of aluminum casting. I'm sure you could drill the holes, bolt it on, clamp a 80mm spindle in there, tune it some and cut cabinetry and reliefs just fine . updates to come.

Unfinished casting
Looks like an unfinished sand casting. No milling on flat or cylinder. One bolt hole wasn't drilled out. Would need milling work to be useable. You have to drill your own mounting holes because every machine is different - that's as expected. Bolts supplied are low quality.

Is what it says, fits and does the job
Got it because I wanted my spindle held top and bottom and this fits and has a decent finish and does the job great.
