Update April 2026 I got replacement unit from the supplier and the Bluetooth connection issues have been resolved. Been using them for 15 months now without issues Bose used to be good in the past but not anymore and that's a fact for a long-time user of Bose. This headphone suffers from a terrible connection issue. Many times it doesn't connect to my Galaxy phone properly. I have to reset multiple times, restart my phone, restart Bluetooth, and many other solutions just for it to work. My airpods or Galaxy buds on the other hand connect automatically. the noise cancelation is excellent though but giving it 1 star because of the terrible connection and the terrible mic phone quality.

I like the headphones they are good however after 2 days my right headphones stopped working they gave a solution to unpair and pair it now the issue is left earbud connects instantly however the right will connect after 2 to 3 minuts and sometimes it will not even connect the noise cancellation is top notch however the software part is very bad espacially the connectivity i hope they will come up with a firware update.

king of ear pods .. outstading sound quality balanced treble and bass.. greatest noice cancellation among all the competiters i purchased air pods pro 2 and sonywxm10005 from amazon ae. air pod pro2 fall short of sound quality sony wxm10005 sound quality is good but unstable in ear easily falls out really king of ear buds ..simply outstanding

This is not an original product. I bought in December 2024, it was giving a painful noise to the other person during a call for all this time. Today is 3rd of September 2025, it stopped working. I bought this for AED 950+ , and it's not worthy at all. I feel like a fool to buy these items from Amazon now. Disappointing!

Excellent noise cancellation, but poor durability I have purchased around ten different Bose noise-cancelling products over the years, including earbuds, on-ear headphones, and over-ear headphones. While the noise cancellation has consistently been excellent, I feel that the durability and overall robustness of Bose products have become progressively worse. I purchased these QuietComfort Earbuds after my previous Bose earbuds developed an unreasonable fault: one earbud simply stopped connecting. Rather than attempting a repair, I decided to purchase the newer model, expecting improved reliability. Unfortunately, after approximately 18 months of normal use, the connection between the main body of the earbud and the silicone ear tip section physically broke. The earbud is now unusable. Based on my experience, buyers should expect this product to work reliably for around one year, but should not regard it as a durable, long-lasting purchase. Considering the premium price charged by Bose, this level of reliability is disappointing. Although the noise cancellation is very good, I cannot recommend paying the Bose premium. I would suggest considering a more reliable and robust alternative.

These are the first Bose product I've really liked...for context I'm not into reference , I enjoy gentle colour and soundstage. I love space and natural bass. Bose sound sport were disappointing, and Yamaha, Apple, Samsung earbuds all sounded small and narrow. Not these. Just in stereo mode these recreate well separated clear instrumentation across electronica, classic, EDM , jazz and rock...detailed and rich bass, pleasant minds and detailed highs that only get slightly shouty at full volumes... but far out the immersive mode.....what kind of technowizardry is this? The separation starts to stray into the territory you get with decent DACs. Whilst obviously not 100% accurate it's so dam nice and moreish everything from Max Braiman to Liz Frazer to Wagner to System of a Down were injected with a space and size and shine and I smiled so hard it squeezed them out of my ears..one tip adjustment later and a grin couldn't displace them. In all honesty if you want peak quality wirelessly you need over ears ( Shure are the most musical to me) BUT if you want small form discretion and convenience ( plus the best noise cancelling period) I heartily recommend these. Convenience wise the app downloaded easily after they earbuds found my phone and linked up effortlessly. I'm no Bose fanboy, but these are massively worth the extra expense. You get what you pay for with these... Consider me amazed.

After short use it started disconnecting in left or both earbuds (iPhone 14 Pro; my other earphones work great with it). Factory reset did not help or just for a short time:( I have tried 3 (!) of the earbuds and badly wanted them to work properly, because ANC and sound are great and the buds are smaller then the previous version (non-Ultra), but every one had the same problems. I love Bose, but these are terrible. Btw Amazon Customer Service is very good - huge props.

Wirklich guter Sound und einstellbar. Bei dem Preis aber auch ein Muß. Habe parallel die Apple Air Pods Pro getestet. Meine Frau und ich waren der gleichen Meinung die Böse sind klanglich eine ganze Ecke besser
