I am very happy with this dental irrigator. It is easy to use, has good water pressure and leaves the teeth 🦷🦷 with a very pleasant cleaning feeling. I liked that it includes several nozzles, a case to store it and a bag to take it on a trip. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. In general, it has good quality and has been an excellent purchase. I recommend it.

I love, love, love this!! It really gets your teeth and gums clean. My only reservation is that it doesn’t seem to hold a charge for as long as it should. I find I need to charge it every other day now; it used to last almost a week.

I’m so excited for water flosser! It looks amazing, exactly as pictured and works like magic. I love that it doesn’t take up much space and easy to use! Water is perfect for single use, to keep it fresh. I feel like a star when I take care of my teeth.

I originally bought this product in late November 2024. Initially, I thought it to be wonderful. I liked the amount of force that the Flosser put forth to floss my teeth. Unfortunately, after using it a little over a month, the flosser would not recharge. I tried everything such as buying a new wall plug to insert the US Cable. This didn't solve the problem. Then I sent in a complaint to the Manufacturer and did not get a response. So, I went through Amazon to complain and Amazon allowed me to return the product and I agreed to get a replacement. So, the replacement came in the month of February. I used the Flosser until April 9th. On that day, the Flosser stopped completely during flossing even though water remained in the tank. I had just recharged the Flosser. I attached the Flosser for charging and the light comes on and says it's recharged. Manual says it takes 16 hours to recharge. The Flosser was attached to the charger for 24 hours. I have made several attempts and the Flosser will not turn on. I believe this product is overpriced at $100 I tried to return the product to Amazon but Amazon won't take the return. Since, I ordered it through Amazon I don't know how I am going to be able to return the product. I don't have a way to recycle it because of the battery and I guess I have to pay the shipping to return the item. Wish I could have bought this from a local retail store. I'm sure I would be able to return it. The product has not been functional 2 months. My husband bought a flosser in November. Paid less money and has had no problem.

I've had the product for a little less than two years now. It has functioned well, but it doesn't have the power that it did when new and the battery appears to be degrading. I cannot find any indication online as to how many charging cycles it should be expected to last. One gripe I have is that I quickly wore out the high pressure nozzle and when I looked for a replacement I found that they are only available in mixed sets of six as they come with the unit, not individually. I only wanted the one style of tip but their price for the set was $40. You can find them on eBay for under $20, and their website states that they will replace broken tips for free, but how about just offering them for an acceptable price? Their website is a joke, with AI-generated images of happy customers and essentially a single product. My sense is that this is a small potatoes operation. I plan to use this one until it dies and then look at the alternatives more closely. The unit is a sealed system, so if anything goes wrong, the only replaceable parts are the tips and the reservoir.

Great product works good

I have used a water flosser for several years and upon purchasing and using this Puur system , I am impressed. The pressure and amount of water delivered through the system leave my teeth feeling the cleanest ever. Love all the attachments also. Five thumbs up,

Not worth the money . The water pressure is high but it empties the water tank so fast. I had to refill 3 times just for one cleaning. You can lower the pressure setting but not nearly enough. Overall it does not give the cleaning I was expecting. Would not recommend .
