Love this berberine supplement, I am on my third bottle and it has been consistently helping battle blood sugar along with my doctor’s prescribed medication. It’s great stuff and has no strange side effects not to mention it is odorless. A win win and its milligram density is a plus👍👍.

Seems to work
Been using this for about 6 months and can tell my BP numbers are down somewhat, haven't seen any other positives, but idk if that is because I need to take it longer.

Be patient
I rarely comment on supplements. This product, I feel like I need to make a comment. I first found berberine when researching Ozempic. I couldn't see spending so much money on it. Still can't. We decided to try it, and it has worked well for us. It took a bit for us to notice a change, and then the change was. Our clothes started fitting less tight, our joints were feeling better due to the weight loss,and now, we are losing 5-6 pounds every two weeks or so. We haven't really changed how we eat, but neither of us really get hungry anymore. We both eat smaller portions, exercise is easier, and we feel better. I think this product is effective and I am glad we stuck with it.

This is an update to a previous review ( I don't know how to go back to my original review to edit it, or if that's even possible). I must say that although it didn't work for me as expected, The price is great and customer service is exceptional!!

Stomach ache & sleep loss
Took for 3 days. For me, it caused major sleep loss. Definitely caused an upset stomach at night for hours even tho I don’t take it past lunch (intermittent fasting / 8 hour eating window). Normally I sleep 8-10 hours per night. Each night gets worse. Going to stop taking. Anyone else experiencing this? I don’t think it’s a manufacturing issue, I think it’s a potential side effect of Berberine if you are not obese or diabetic.
