Ancient Minerals Magnesium Gel, Zechstein Chloride, for Massage, 8oz

Highly recommend this mineral gel. I was given this by my natural wholistic health doctor and it really HELPS the healing process our bodies were created to heal with. I was told by a medical doctor I needed a knee replacement. My wholistic doc identified the realm issue, adjusted me, gave me this great mineral gel to assist the healing, and I am walking great today, NO KNEE replacement, no pain. I am healed, whole and grateful.

I saw a video of someone using this product instead of anti perspirant. I aim to put as little toxic ingredients in my body as I can and this seemed like a good natural alternative option for me. So I bought it. I put on my armpit every night after shower and it does work! I have stopped using heavy metal deodorants and I do not smell. It allows my body to sweat what it wants without the stink. In addition, I use for whenever I am sore from the gym, muscle pain or any type of cramping. It helps relax my muscles and improves my night of sleep. It can be a little sticky if you put too much on. But apart from that, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the benefits this product has brought to me.

It has been helping with the neuropathy in my feet. But since it is a gel and doesn't absorb totally, I can't use it as much as I might like. I often put it on at night and put a pair of old socks on over it so I'm not getting it all over. But worth the trouble as it is helping. I've been told that this is a better way to get magnesium into your body than the pills so I am keeping up with it. There is oil available also but I can only imagine that it would be worse to deal with than the gel. No odor and it cleans up easy.

I get muscle spasms (mostly in legs) during the night while sleeping. But I'm magnesium-sensitive so I can't take the oral supplements my doctor recommended without getting diarrhea. This product delivers the daily recommended amount of 450 MG mg in 1 teaspoon of gel spread on your skin. I rub it into my legs every night before bed and my spasms have completely stopped (works during the day also!). It is absorbed in about 20-30 minutes so you can wipe it off with a wet tissue if you want after application (it feels a bit tacky if left on, but it's completely water-soluble (that's why it absorbs so quickly)). I just wear nylon longjohns or pajamas so I seldom wipe it off. I tried the spray oil but it was messy and did not work as well. The gel stings a slight bit the first few weeks (which, I am told, means you are mg deficient) but that soon stops. It's a GREAT PRODUCT that saves me from countless nights of agony! At least try it -- what have you got to loose (except your cramp pain!).

I would use this on my legs when getting dressed in the morning. Ds 1,I liked the way it spread on easily. But during the first night I felt like it was hard to move my legs when sleeping they almost felt like they had a rubber coating on them. Day 2, again same protocol, put it on in the morning, but that evening I rubbed my legs and it felt like there was a coating on them, like the gel had not absorbed into my skin. That night in bed, same thingmy legs felt like they had a rubber coating on them when I tried to move them & they were difficult to move on the sheets. Day 3, I did not use it & had no difficulty that night moving my legs or them on the the sheets. This product of gel is not for me. Day 4, now I'm trying their lotion, which does feel like it has absorbed into my skin. I'll see how it does tonight when sleeping.

It helps legs with reducing swelling and leg cramps.

The packaging is substantial, attractive, modern and sleek, and convenient to use. The product works well. I can see how one might LOVE using this as a massage oil. I need something to apply at night under pajamas, for magnesium absorption, pain and discomfort. It did all of that for me! :) But, I was so slick and shiny I could not stand it. I know I should have read all of the promotional material to find this out...the company does say that it will need to be rinsed and removed after use. I have owned and used other topical magnesium, gels and lotions, but have never had to "remove" the product after use. This is impractical for me. Amigel is a proprietary gel and is the best carrier gel product for topical magnesium applications, in my opinion because it is slick and dry, almost silicone feeling without being silicone. Essence of Life used to manufacture their topical mag with Amigel...but I am having trouble finding the proprietary gel anymore. I tried another gel application from Amazon and it was another NO. (I think that other mag gel I tried here was called Life Flo, but - No go:/

This is really an amazing deodorant. You put a little bit underneath your arms before a workout and viola, no smell. Nothing at all.
