The perfect blend between milk and dark chocolate
I use these exclusively for chocolate chip cookies. For me, milk chocolate chips are usually too sweet, dark chocolate chips often too bitter...these are the perfect marriage between the two. Very chocolately without any hint of bitterness. I also like the fact that they donāt disintegrate and melt into the cookie like some others. Really good, would highly recommend.
