Dont Buy , Neither the product is up to the mark and the service is pathetic
If there was option i would give it negative stars . I have purchased this product, Activa Apsara 1200 mm, from Amazon on 30th March 2020th, 2026, and it was under two years of warranty. But within a month of purchase, I am facing noise issues, very loud noise issues from the fan. So I contacted their customer service, and according to them, the customer has to bear the cost of delivering the product to their service center. And I delivered the product on 30th April 2026 in their provided service center address. But since then, today is 20th May 2026, and I have not received any update from them. I am continuously reaching out to them from the last 15 days. Every time I call their IVR number, a new person picks up the call and I have to explain everything from end to end, what was the issue, what is the product name, what are the documents. I will explain everything everytime , and they will say, I will get a call back from their side and they will give the update, but I never get a call back from them. And I continuously reaching out to them, but they are not providing any update. I have not received my product. I am not getting any support from their side, and it is literally very, very frustrating because it's peak Delhi summer time and I am not having any fan in my room. You can think how much it is difficult. I want a refund. I have lodged complaint against this company in consumer forum because they are torturing their customers to a next level.

Working but not satisfying
I've been using it for over a month and the fan is good for small rooms but if you have a spacious rooms then it's a problem. But it is manageable but the reason for 3 star is that it says 390 rpm in description on Amazon but when i recieved it was 360 rpm so it will surely going to affect it. Quality of the product and packaging was good, cleaning of blades needed every week and at full speed it makes sound. I will not recommend buying it, and don't trust amazon description, i got fooled by it
