Worth the investment
I recently tried Intake Breathing Strips and have been very impressed with their overall performance. The adhesive is strong and keeps the strip securely in place throughout the night without shifting or peeling off. Once applied, the strip noticeably opens the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe and reducing nighttime congestion. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the strips are comfortable enough that I hardly notice them while sleeping. I also found that I woke up feeling more rested because I was breathing more freely during the night. Removal was easy and did not cause unnecessary skin irritation when used as directed. Overall, Intake Breathing Strips are a well-designed, high-quality product that delivers on their intended purpose. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a non-medicated solution to improve nasal airflow, reduce congestion, or simply breathe more comfortably while sleeping.

You will definitely breathe easier.
I have been using a different easier breathing product for approximately 25 years, per the insistent pleading of my wife. I am a widower for the past 18 years and am adverse to a lot of new and so touted better ideas that work miracles. I was going to pass on the Intake product due to the cost, thankfully I did not do that. Intake has completely changed my sleep habits. I am able to sleep through the night for the first time in 25 years. I have a deviated septum and the Intake system has allowed me to breathe easier than I have ever done in 25 years. The only downside is the cost, and application of the pads. A very small price or inconvenience to put up with comfort I haven't had for so very long. I highly recommend this product, and if it works for you like it does for me, just say thanks in your sleep to me.

Overpriced and inferior to regular nose strips.
I liked the idea of a stronger nose opening effect. Ive tried many nose strips for breathing and always wanted a bit more pull on my nose to open airways better. These do that…. While it works that is. Ive had them for a week or so, used them every night so far to give it a chance. Each day i woke up disappointed in this purchase. Problems and why i will not use those going forward. 1. It is way over priced. Its the most expensive nose strip type product I have ever seen. 2. The black nose holder comes in four sizes and they are all almost the same size. I have a relatively small nose and i barely Notice a difference. How anyone with a large nose uses these i have no idea. They do not have much depth, meaning if the bridge of your nose sticks out too far, none of these will fit you. I had to use the third largest just to get it to not press into the bridge of my nose so hard it left a mark, and hurt. 3. The nose pieces are not flexible at all. Covered in a thin soft plasticy coating, its super stiff and does not bend at all. This would cause it to pull open my nose more, but comfort wise didnt work. It also would pop off constantly if the side of my nose pressed against my pillow, the other side would detach from the magnets or worse, take the magnet off completely. 4. Each tab you put on your skin has a metal disc inside it. Seems great in theory except the adhesive isn’t strong enough for the amount of force it uses to open your nose. The never stayed on the entire night, frequently the sticky side would get scrunched together and become unusable. Several nights they only lasted a few hours and i had to just remove it. Not a great feeling when its 50-60 bucks to get the metal discs refilled every thirty days. This product sucks. I cant tell if they just didnt test these much or they opted to scam people but do not purchase. I regret it and will be going back to a normal nose strip.

This is godsent
I've tested so many methods, and they all mostly failed. I was using the Breathright Extra Strengh as that was my least painful method up until now. I was never able to breath properly, ever. I was born with my nose center twisted. I've gone in surgery when I was young to fix the nose and the stupid doctos thought it was a cosmetic surgery. They made my nose even smaller, creating an even bigger issue for me. I've suffered and endured not being able to breath all my life, I'm 50 now. I kinda accepted the fact that I was not going to breath properly and developed tinittus on my right ear product having pain in the maxilar because of constant stress, this coupled with all sort of uncontrolled muscular reactions in my maxilar area, that now I know was a product of having stress in my entire body because not enough air was getting in. I had back pain and migrained issues, 1 or 2 every week, for 50 years. I am not kidding. A friend of mine referred me this product and when I saw the video I immediately thought "this could actually work" as being kind of an engineer myself, I could see the real problem of the band mechanism pushing too hard on the center and not enough on the sides. They say that normal bandaids opens up 30% while this system opens it up to 100%, of course I did not believe that.... well, that was until I've tested it. I must say that putting this on is a little more difficult and require more attention than the breathright bands I was using, but oh boy... from the moment you put the plastic tightener on your nose you immediately can feel the difference. That night, I woke up several times during the night because of the amount of air I was getting in. I think I've cried several times, waking up and feeling like I could TRULY BREATH for the first time in 50 years! MY GOD!. I was so happy that I went to take a bath, did not take the aids from the sides of the nose and then I've put the plastic tightener again and continue to use it during the day. The adhesive material last even more than the breathright and the way this is set, once you put it, you won't even feel they are there. From all the systems I've tried, this is BY FAR not only the most effective, but the most comfortable to wear. The only downside is that the center tightener that goes into your nose is visible from view, but let me tell you, after 50 years of not being able to breath, I truly DON'T care about this or what people could say about the device. I am going to use this everywhere. Being a sort of engineer myself, I only see things that either work or they doesn't. THIS THING WORKS, exactly as advertised and works incredible well. The world should be run by engineers not politians, not even doctors were able to help me with my issue. ENGINEERS. Whoever desgined this, THANK YOU, I owe you my life.

Fair product, weak adhesive
I bought these while recovering from surgery, so I’ve mostly been laying in bed inside AC without sweating or doing any activity, and unfortunately the adhesive still doesn’t hold well. After about 6–7 hours, the pressure from the magnets slowly pulls the strips off my nose. The actual breathing support feels great and they really do help open your nose from the sides, but the stickiness of the patches is terrible compared to other brands I’ve bought at Publix that stay on even through showers. Also, the whole “4 different strength positions” feels more like a gimmick because the only one that actually helped me was the biggest size — the smaller ones honestly made my breathing feel worse. If they improved the adhesive, these would be amazing.

Not a miracle product but worth a try.
I have had sinus problems my entire life. 2 sinus surgeries, 2 turbinate reductions, many, many, many boxes of breathe rights strips. Side note, the best thing I did for my sinuses was to give up dairy many years ago, but it just wasn't enough to breathe at night. I wore breathe right strips for decades. They helped some but never solved the problem. The minute I lay supine, one side (sometimes both sides) of my nose will clog up. I never feel well rested as a result. I was desperate so I thought I would try Intake after my doctor suggested it. If you are looking for a miracle, these aren't it. However they do work substantially better than Breathe Right (BR), and you don't destroy your nose with Afrin. Pros: They adhere much better than BR and stay put all night. (They still require you to clean your nose with alcohol before application.) The pads are softer and thinner than breathe right, so they are much more comfortable. The band is harder than BR and does open my nostrils more allowing more airflow. Cons: The pads are expensive at double the cost of the breathe right. They are difficult to get positioned correctly. That is probably the most frustrating part. These will not be the miracle product for many people who struggle with sinus problems. They certainly were not for me, but they do work much better than BR and are definitely worth the cost. It took me a week to get them in the right place for me. My nose is very thin and I feel like they work better if placed slightly above where they suggest. So I would try different locations if just above the nostril doesn't work for you. I bought the starter pack at $59 and would recommend that you try them at that price point and see if they work for you. Although they were not a miracle cure for my breathing issues when I sleep, I would recommend them. They do provide relief, and that is huge when you don't sleep well because you cannot breathe. They are definitely worth the cost and time it takes to get them adjusted properly. I will continue to use them.

So much better than anything else!
I've tried a lot of alternatives to this - both the various 'strips' that apply directly to your nose as well as the inserts that are supposed to open up your nasal passages. Given the design and ads pushed to me, I figured this was at least worth a try. First and foremost - this WORKS REALLY WELL! I sleep more sound as my nasal passages stay open and uncongested through the entire night. When I wake up in the morning I find I am still able to breath very clearly and fully through my nose. This also prevents the dry mouth and throat (as well as coughing) that would develop through the night without this. My wife has also told me that I snore much less now as well and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I need to catch my breath. Once you get the hang of attaching the small adhesive tabs to your nose, they apply very quickly and easily (it takes a little practice). It's key to ensure the sides of your nose are clean and without oils. I apply them right after washing my face before applying any moisturizer or other product. Directions for use are included as videos that you can scan directly on your phone - make sure you pay attention for how to select the right 'spreader' - bigger is not better and you want to select the most appropriate size. Removing the adhesive tabs int he morning is simply once you get the hang of it. Washing with warm water helps and the residue from the adhesive washes off easily. Refills are reasonably priced if you buy in bulk and select the subscription option on Amazon.

These are great but…
There are cheaper alternatives. These require repurchase of magnets. But there’s tons of basal dilator brands that are just plastic things you put in your nose. They are cheap and work really well. They are also more discrete if your plan is to wear them in public. But you will need to go through trial and error to find the right brand for you. One thing though that’s cool about intake haha is that the magnet stickers are so strong that they actually removed all the black heads on my nose.

Péssimo
Muito ruim. Enganação. É muito difícil pregar os adesivos corretamente e de forma alinhada. Eu testei todos os tamanhos. Durante a noite o aparelho ficava caindo do meu nariz toda hora. Minha esposa disse que nas noites que usei continuei roncando. Sinceramente, não adiantou de nada, queria meu dinheiro de volta. Um dilatador barato de farmácia que usei meses atrás trouxe resultados muito melhores do que esse.

تقليد
Fake product!!

Not original product
This product is advertised as intake while it's a generic.. it's not bad but it shouldn't be advertised as the original while it's just a copy!
