Great pair of SoundPeats! Read review for details.
October UPDATE: After leaving my initial review (which you can read below), I was contacted by the SoundPeats Team. They expressed genuine concern about the issues I was facing and sent me a free replacement pair at no additional cost to me! Today I just received that new pair and they are working perfectly with both my iPhone and my Laptop. It's only fair that I update my review and leave them a 5/5 star rating. Amazing customer service and I can confidently say they have secured a long-time customer! I've owned the SoundPeats TrueFree 2 earphones for over 2 years and I really loved the product. The headphones were great, reliable, and budget-friendly. However, after taking a beating I started to experience some issues with those so I decided it was time to upgrade to the SoundPeats Clear Wireless Earbuds. NOT good. Aside from not fitting my ear very well (which is fine), they have all sorts of technical issues when connecting to your laptop or mobile phone. When connected to the laptop there is a "hissing/cracking" sound in the ear buds. I found out this was due to Bluetooth interference from other devices (probably my wireless keyboard). This wasn't an issue I had with the previous SoundPeats. If you can buy this and avoid the Bluetooth interference issue then I would say they are an okay pair of headphones. The microphone is great a whole lot clearer than the other SoundPeats I had. Battery life is amazing, but my biggest issue is that interference that I get.

Great budget option.
Soundpeats clear is a great budget option if you are looking for great audio sound plus easy touch control without spending too much money, one more thing that you can use the app to customize your experience and usually you don't get app support in this price range, the only downside is the volume level might change from app to app but overall great product and good budget choice.

Good earbuds but the color is very different from the picture
Good sound and easy to use. The picture makes these look like a nice and bright cream color, which is what I wanted, but they are a lot darker than the color in the picture.

UPDATE: Item is replaced and working fune
UPDATE: 5 stars for good customer service Replaced the item fully, mic is working well now too. Would recommend just for the good service UPDATE END Normal, everyday use. Sound was very standard. Mic only worked with both earbuds in but was very quiet with only one, which makes it useless to me. Right bud died in less than a month. Left bud still works but I don't want to listen to just half a song.

Best in the price range
Always been a fan of soundpeats. Love the sound quality, battery back up and pretty good voice clarity while on calls. Only thing I dislike was if the case falls down by any chance, the earbuds will fly off coz of the design, how they sits in the case. Other than that best value for money.

Got replacement due to the unit faulty
it is perfect for the price, fit the ears not easily fall down. But, the unit I received is faulty, not connecting to Bluetooth at all. It takes sometimes until I get replacement soundpeats black free2 classic earphone. it just working fine, in my opinion it is easily fall off eventhough I replaced the rubber earplug with bigger one

Great for sound quality and long term wearing, comfortable and great battery life.
I got these after listening to my wife's SoundPEATS Q's. I needed something to wear longer term whilst working in the garage carving, so the battery life appealed and didn't disappoint! I've worn them for 2 x days carving back to back and the battery lasted great without recharging. I can wear them under my ear defenders when using power tools, which is ideal for my needs. They don't fatigue your ears due to the nice soft rubber on them, and moulded really well so they don't feel loose or fall out when you move your head from side to side. In terms of sound quality, they handle all types of music I listened to (heavy metal, rock, classical, electronic, radio, audiobooks) without ever distorting at max volume. The sound is naturally weighted towards the bass, which again was ideal for rock/electronic music, no matter how deep the bass it didn't distort, as with listening to classical music, the high strings never over strained your ears, even at top volume. My only critique would be I'd like them to go one or two notches higher in volume, but then that's 35 years of listening to music too loud for you, my hearing is partially shot! They'd be perfect for most people and the lack of top volume distortion means you'll get to keep your hearing long term! Overall, having tried 2 x bluetooth headphones of SoundPEATS, i'd buy others in their range, and may just get the dual driver earpods for walking the dog as a treat for myself!

An excellent choice for an active lifestyle!
The Soundpeats TrueFree2 are excellent wireless ear buds for working out and being active. They sound great, fit securely and comfortable. They are also small and lightweight, so easy to take with you. I spent a lot of time comparing the TrueFree2 with the TrueShift2, which are similar in price and also have the wingtips to give the secure fit for exercise and being active. It seemed like a natural pair to compare. Looking at the two cases the TrueShift2 obviously have the much larger case. They also provide better battery life with the ear buds getting an extra hour and the case providing 100 hours compared to the 20 hours for the TrueFree2. So, for battery life the TrueShift2 have more, but the TrueFree2 certainly have enough for most people, especially for a workout session. One photo I added shows they still had 30% after an hour of weigh lifting and then 30 minutes of a walk, plus time in between and after, so they covered a typical workout time easily for me and I would guess for the vast majority of people. The smaller case means it is easier to pocket the TrueFree2 so if that is important to you then the TrueFree2 win on that. The earbuds themselves are also smaller than the TrueShift2, so if you like smaller earbuds, that is a plus. Both fit very comfortably and securely and I had no issues with them through my workouts. I really do not make many calls so I do not spend any time on the mics and call quality and so forth, but I would assume they both work fine for occasional use. Both are also IPX7 so both can deal with water equally as well. I would not risk doing things like swimming or showering with them, but would not be worried if they accidentally got knocked into the sink, so that provides nice security that they will continue working even if caught in a rainstorm. The TrueShift2 have touch controls and the TrueFree2 have button controls. Both work well and do everything, so it comes down to personal preference of which one might prefer. The button controls here work easily and do not require excessive force to press down on and for me did not hurt my ear pressing the button. Sometimes touch controls can be too sensitive so button controls do not have that issue, although sometimes pressing buttons pushes the earbuds into the ear, causing discomfort for some. As I mentioned, I found no discomfort and for the TrueShift2 I found them to not to be overly sensitive to touch, so both work equally well, just differently. When it comes to sound to me the TrueShift2 were more bass heavy than the TrueFree2. The TrueFree2 have plenty of bass, I just found that they were more balanced with the highs pushed up equally. The TrueShift2 also to me the vocals were a little bit less pronounced than on the TrueFree2, so if hearing more of the mids are important then the TrueFree2 cover that a little better than the TrueShift2. TrueShift has slightly more bass and the TrueFree2 more equally boosted sound. With both instrument separation is excellent and it is easy to tell one instrument from another. Because of the better highs things like acoustic guitar sounded awesome on the TrueFree2, so it was very impressive how well they did with many different styles of music. One last thing to note. With the TrueShift2 I noticed that I had to be a little careful putting them in the case, that they did not always seem to connect to the charging pins well and would remain connected to the device. I also noticed that the wingtips could get in the way of the charging pins on the earbuds if not careful putting them on. With the TrueFree2 the design of the wingtips and the way they fit in the case seems better and thus I have not seen that issue of them remaining connected after putting them in the case, so that is a positive for the TrueFree2. Overall for the price, these earbuds bring a lot to the table. They have great sound, fit securely and comfortably and are an excellent choice for exercise and working out. I highly recommend them.

Great value for money!
Sound quality is fine and they fit well (i.e., they don’t come off while running). Only thing that could be better is the press button for changing track or increasing volume which basically requires you to press it into your ear. But for the price I really can’t complain. I actually prefer them to the Bose Soundsport (wired) I had.
