It is the product which does what it needs to do. I am a back and side sleeper, changing position during sleep. If i used a pillow i used to get neck pain, if i didn't use then I end up with shoulder pain. Now both is resolved after I started using this Pillow. Great product.

Too soft for side sleeping. The pillow compresses quite a lot when I put my head on it, so it doesn’t provide enough neck support. I was expecting better support based on the advertised height. Unfortunately, it increased my neck discomfort.

My mother has cervical and I must say this pillow reliefed her so much she is now fress in morning beacsue before at morning it took my mom atleast 50 minutes to set her neck her body beacuse everything pain at morning but now she doesn't feel any pain she wake up like she is young thank you so much wakefit it really helped my mother back support is there it's fit value for money design is also good back support

I have neck pain issues, so I purchased this pillow, and it's been a couple of weeks, and I feel good. Eventually my pain is reduced. I wouldn't say it is super great, but it works for some extent. Memory foam is good. The design is ok. You can take it anywhere. Light in weight. You can remove the cover and wash it. You cannot adjust the height, it is fixed.
