Speedo Men's Seaside Lace 5.0 Athletic Water Shoe

Great shoes Took them kayaking and exploring the Channel Islands off the coast of Channel Islands, rocky coast, Handled them very well, Fit as expected.

A good water shoe overall; still somewhat soft all the way around.

Have been using these for a week and so far I'm very impressed. We are on a lake with a rocky shore and bottom, so some kind of footwear is a requirement. I have been buying bargain basement water shoes, but their thin soles makes walking on the rocks uncomfortable, and after one summer's use they are ready for the trash can. These Speedo water shoes are much more comfortable, their thick soles protect my feet very well, but they are not so heavy as to interfere with swimming. They also seem well constructed so hopefully will last a long time. As far as size, I take a size 9 and a half wide, so I ordered these in size 10 and they fit well.

These fit well, and look good (I did find that they ran a bit large, and had to exchange mine for a smaller size) worn with, or without socks. These were perfect for my purposes: on board a sailboat, and to and from the pool. The soles are fairly thin, so I would not consider these to be suitable walking shoes. On a recent sailing trip I wore these on the boat, but always switched out to different shoes when making shore excursions. They are inexpensive, but fairly durable. My wife bought a pair of similar Body Glove shoes which she wore on this same trip, and after only 8 days they were so badly worn out that she discarded them before returning home.

They are about one half size to big (for me). To late to send back :(. They are comfortable to walk in as these ARE NOT.

My husband has sensitive feet. He needed water shoes with sufficient traction and thick sole so he could move rocks and build a stairs along the water. These shoes fit the bill. He also likes the look of the shoe. These were a bit more expensive but well worth the extra $.

Great value at $31 CND, ok at $46 (price varied by size when I bought). I'm between sizes and usualy have to buy the next larger size up in shoes, but I bought these a size down for a snug fit as I didn't want them to slip off or be loose when swimming. The next size up is quite roomy and too large for swimming in, but would be fine as a pool side loafer. These are good for wearing in water and on rocky beaches with occasional swimming, and are sturdy enough to wear as a light weight shoe at the beach or pool side. These are heavier and bulkier than some other "water shoes" which are more slipper-like (e.g. like Sport.z type sold by Bling Bo and other sellers on amazon); I bought them knowing this, thinking I'd wear them at the beach for extended periods. If you just want light weight "water slippers" with a rubber sole to take on vacation with limited luggage space, I'd consider the cheaper and lighter less bulky type. I have not worn then for long periods or used them extensively, but the construction seems fine; I don't think I'll find that they wear out quickly as other reviewers have complained. These take a while to dry and do not dry as fast as the lighter slipper type "water shoes" (like Sport.z / Bling Bo). The loop at the back is good for pulling-on the shoes and for hanging up shoes to dry.

As expected

Los use en Playa del Carmen (cenotes, ríos, piedras con lama, playa rocosa). Extraordinario desempeño. A diferencia de los de mujer, la tela superior es de una especie de malla que facilita su secado. Vienen con un pequeño colgador super útil para ponerlos a secar. Estupenda compra y entrega dos días antes de lo previsto (estos es importante considerando que eran de importación y que me iba un día después de la fecha teórica de entrega).

Très confortable et semble de qualité.
