Buggy software, otherwise okish
The software is very very buggy. Spent a lot of time trying to work something out on it. Hardware is good though.

Insecure
Though I have been reasonably careful about security, my NAS now has xmrig data mining software on it, burning up my CPU. I will be binning my NAS and replacing it.Amended 8/4/19. The software update and other tips from support do seem to have fixed the xmrig issue. Thank you to the Terramaster support team. Rating therefore improved to 4 star.
