I have been using this charak medicine as I am suffering from all premenopause symptoms like terrible hot flashes, mood swings, joint pain and insomnia. I have taken for 3 month but there not even 1% improvement in my hot flashes.... I am 43 years old .after taking this tablet my hot flashes comes often (9-10) times in a day . stomach always feel blotaed after consuming this tablet.. I would recommend go for other option . What ever company claims doesn't work even if u have pcoc or early menopause or mid menopause ... don't trust this medicine
