30 grams of protein in 4 gulps - YES please!
Great way to get some protein in especially if you are on a GLP1 medication for weight loss. Those first few days after my GLP1 shot, i have NO hunger but yet i know i need to get some protein. I usually have a Premier Protein shake (30g) for lunch, eat a protein focused dinner and i’ll drink one Bariatric Pal shot before i go to bed. Tastes good to me but it is a little thick but not too thick. Give it a try!

Decent protein option
These are very sweet, but do not make me gag like fr*gfuel. I wanted a fast way to get protein that did not involve a lot of meat products, dairy, or a large amount of liquid. Highly suggest refrigerating!

Best source of protein when dieting
These pack a HUGE amount of protein. They are super sweet though, I usually add them to ice & water & it tastes DELICIOUS. Pls don’t ever stop making these bc I don’t like anything BUT these.

Tastes bad
I've recently had the gastric sleeve done and I had found it was really hard to keep up with my protein intake. I had a friend that suggested I try this product. I ordered this thinking it may be a good protein supplement. It's a good supplement but I found it was very expensive and didn't really taste all that wonderful. I would recommend people try a different brand that isn't so expensive and tastes better. Good supplement though.

The taste is bad, but 30g of protein in 3oz is good
It's rough to swallow, the taste is not my favorite. When I cracked the top both of my dogs came over to smell what it was, it was pretty bad. But I need protein after my surgery, so I drank it down in two swallow and will probably finish the 12.. I'll still be looking out for something that tastes better.

Perfect for traveling
Tastes funky, but I mix it with lemon water so it’s not as strong. I use it when I go visit relatives and I pack them in my luggage. I’m still making sure I get enough protein a day.
