I usually dissolve it in warm water and lemon juice and drink it first thing in the morning. It doesn’t have any taste, but the effects are noticeable. I have noticed a difference within a week of using this product and I will continue to use and see how it helps further with my ibs. I think its a good quality product but any glutamine supplement can have negative side effects not sure if its worth continuing to take it or not.

Product works and is high quality. Other brands that I have used up to this point haven't worked as well. You can actually tell it digests and can feel the results. It also dosnt have as overwhelming tast when mixed. Also no bad smell or taste. It is on the pricy side but in this situation I would say you get what you pay for.
