Is this applicable to stick and peel floor tile?

I'm gonna say no given the floor tile is made from ceramic, porcelain, marble or any stone texture. Its a silicone so you want to make sure its clean if dust, dirt, water. Nice and dry and clean then add, any messed up you clean up with a blade(straight razor, with a free hand not a box cutter)

Would this bond two pieces of silicone; silicone to silicone?

maybe it might? if you lay down a bead of this caulk and let it dry then apply more on top of the dried caulk it seals great. hope that helps

For sink traps? To seal a trap from coming loose?

you can, i use it for all my bathroom needs its a perfect sealant for the bathroom and kitchen. sink or tub trap, walls, the surrounding area of the sink even moldings, Its a sealant so if you dont want water going somewhere or hot air that builds mold you can use this to seperate the 2 areas, clear will show you when it needs to be replaced white will last longer given you clean often without soaking it
