Royal Gourmet Dining Cart Table with Double-Shelf PC3401S (Silver)

Super sturdy and exactly what I wanted for our small grill. The directions were very clear and most importantly, they provided extra screws, washers and clips for every accessory. Amazing! Everything went together seamlessly exactly as described. It took me about 1 1/2 hours and I could have used an extra hand to hold up the middle shelf when screwing it in - but other than that, exceeded expectations. Easier than any IKEA project by a long shot. Thank you!

This product as described online was the perfect solution for us. But the major hesitation was so many references to issues with assembly. We expected a major challenge; but it did not turn out to be nearly as difficult as we'd imagined. The instructions are indeed very brief, consisting of a series of well-marked diagrams. But no real word description that would have been very useful. We found the extensive six-step "instructions" provided here by another viewer to be a critical part of understanding (in words) how things were to be put together. If you first check out the parts list, you'll become familiar with the various pieces. Then keying off of where the threaded holes are, things begin to make sense. It is crucial to get the four legs started correctly, with the threaded single holes at the top of the 4 legs (which is the bottom of the cart as you put it together upside down). The reference is to have those holes facing "out" -- but to further define that it means "out" to the front or back of the cart -- not out from the "ends" of the cart. Installing the two cross braces and one longer brace was easy once we figured out that the longer brace ends were actually overlapped by one end of each of the cross braces. None of the instructions is clear on that point, although in fairness the illustration appears to show it. A major key is to keep most of the screws quite loose until after you've installed the bottom shelf (which as you're doing it upside down is of course on the top). That's the only way you'll have enough sway on the four legs to be able to fit the bottom shelf to the four legs. I would rate our skill at putting together things like this perhaps a 2-3 on a scale of 10. So these words are intended for those potential purchasers that might suffer from a similar disability. In that regard one final comment: When all is assembled, you finally get to put the wheels on. But at the very end the axle is then held in place, wheels on, by a cotter pin. There's no way most human fingers can push a small cotter pin through a tiny hole at an angle unless you have steel fingers. It turns out that by using a small screwdriver to hold the cotter pin open as you insert it, that final obstacle to success is easily overcome. Again kudos from prior reader comments on the assembly process. Especially the "six steps" spelled out nicely in an earlier review. We hope this slight embellishment might add to the very good advice you'll find there. And when it's done, you'll find you have an extremely sturdy unit that seems fully fit for long term outdoor duty.

I purchased this as an outdoor cart to hold my Ooni Karu. This was an alternative to the Ooni cart which is 2.5 times the price. What I like: - Overall it fits / holds the Ooni Karu and the propane tank well. - the materials feel like quality parts but more on that in what I don’t like - easy to assemble (and reassemble because the instructions are not super clear and flipped a bar the wrong way in a step) - stainless top is nice to have What I do NOT like: - the overall cart is light! Especially if you have a full propane tank it gets a tippy on the back end. Now if you are putting a heavier item than the Ooni maybe not a problem but I almost lost the whole thing just adjusting the position of the cart - instructions are not clear - a little low fidelity, small, and not broken out into discrete steps. We missed the order of adding the long cross bar and we also flipped one side cross bar so that the smaller spaces holes were facing out (holes on both sides of the cross bar but different spacing) What I wish was different- other than a heavier cart, there are two things I would have liked: - there was another shelf to hold shallower items. This could be adjustable or optional - a heavier cart overall. - the black coating is nice bits it’s not beefy. Only time will tell how it lasts in the elements. - an optional cover. I’m using a generic bbq cover. It works but oversized in length. - the cart was longer or higher so the propane tank could sit on the shelf so it didn’t stick out the back. This would also bring the center of gravity in a little bit. - doors - it might be nice to have a version that was enclosed. It would hide the tank, keep accessories or tools sheltered. I personally would have paid more to have a version with a shelf. I would have found that super helpful. I Overall I think the value is there for this. I think some of the design could could be better / more robust. Giving it 4 stars because for the price it’s a good cart - not great.

Fits the Halo Versa 16 pizza oven nicely. Very easy to put together as long as you look at the diagrams closely to see the position of pre-drilled holes in the various pieces. Overall it seems very sturdy. I left the wheel caps off as I thought they were dumb, but overall I am pleased.

Overall, we are very pleased with this grilling cart. We purchased it to create a nice space for my hubby to grill for us and he is very happy with the set up he has now! At first I didn’t care for it when I was assembling it because a couple spots on the metal, near where the legs connect to the main top shelf, were slightly bent; I was able to correct it by lightly hammering it to be straight. Then a bolt hole was really tight and almost wouldn’t go in, but my husband was able to finally get it in all the way. I’ve assembled a LOT of wrought iron patio furniture etc, and this was the least in quality of assembly parts. BUT once it was done, it was tight and sturdy. (NOTE: It will not be sturdy until all the cross bars are screwed into place so don’t worry on that as you are building it.) All in all, I am very happy with this purchase because it provides ample space for grilling and having everything we need at our fingertips! I recommend it.

This is nice looking, sturdily-built dining cart for use in outdoor cooking! All the parts are made of quality metal parts except for the wheels. Assembly was extremely easy and all the pieces fit together without a struggle. The parts were all labeled properly and organized into a tray that was labeled well to fit with the instructions. We couldn't be happier with this cart and looking forward to using it alot!

Got my cart today and assembled in under an hour. I would say the included instructions are not exceptionally comprehensive but if you pay attention to the diagrams and lay out all the pieces and examine where they should go first, it really isn't that difficult to assemble. Overall the materials are of decent quality but be advised the metal is not a real heavy gauge so be careful not to over-tighten the hardware with a power drill or impact driver. Best bet is to use hand tools so you can tighten the bolts without damaging things. Overall I'm happy with the cart and it was good value for the money. I'd say it's not commercial quality so be careful about overloading it with too much weight. It will make an excellent prep table for outdoor grilling or to hold your outdoor, portable pizza oven.

This is a great cart, not flimsy, easy to put together, but I needed an extra hand a couple of times. I bought it to use next to my weber charcoal grill and my gas grill for extra counter space...it is great! It gives me so much more extra space to store and to hang tongs, spatulas, ect. I love the wheels and handle if you need to move it. I also bought a cover for it. I highly recommend this cart, it expands your work space for grilling, and it also has a place to put a gas tank if you want to put a grill or pizza oven on the top shelf.

Schnell angekommen...war leicht zusammen zu bauen...ist robust und gut verarbeitet...dient uns als mobiler Grillwagen...muss mir etwas überlegen, da die Tischfläche zu rutschig ist...ich würde ihn wieder kaufen👍

Total schöner Wagen, Aufbau problemlos. Sehr stabil. Nur der Haken gür die Gasflasche passt überhaupt nicht. Unsere Gasflasche (Normgröße) passt da nicht dran, steht jetzt eben unten drunter.

chariot robuste avec roues pour déplacement facile avec support pour 20 lbs propane , facile à nettoyer, convient très bien pour mon petit four à pizza.

Not the easiest to assemble for one person, but do-able. Instructions could be better. It's sturdy once assembled and it looks nice next to my BBQ. Nice and high too for my pizza oven.
