Our nine year old literally screamed in delight the first time he saw his new gaming center set up. He’s been using it every day since. It’s basically exactly what I would expect of a beginner’s bundled set at this price. It looks cool for the kids, and functions as it should without as many of the bells and whistles that the much pricier options might have. We couldn’t find the wifi adapter in the package but the seller responded immediately to my inquiry and ensured we got a replacement. We would purchase again!

I’m not sure whyyyyyyyy these are being allowed to be sold with the description it currently has.I bought this set for my son 14th birthday.First off the tower was damaged as I was unpacking but me being who I am I looked past it and continued to hook it up. Second red flag was the HDMI cord had a short port didn’t fit in pc connection.Again easy fix so I went and retrieved my HDMI for my game system.Now after getting everything set up lights were pretty and my son was excited.First he tries streaming YouTube after 30mins the computer booted him off then prompt him to restart the pc 🤦🏾‍♀️. Then trying to play Fortnite he didn’t even get to the game at loading the pc booted him out then prompt him to restart. 🤦🏾‍♀️I repeat this is not a gaming or streaming PC. This is a pretty Pc that’s best for checking emails only 😡. I should have listened to the negative reviews but instead I gave it the benefit of a doubt 🫤.WRONG DECISION! Now my son is upset because I’m having to send it back and try another company. DONT DO IT!!! You’ve been warned

I purchased for my grandson July 2024 he was so excited beautiful lights by November 2024 system booted him off. I reached out to seller to see if I can return to have repaired or possibly a replacement. I did purchase warranty. Well I was instructed to go to YouTube where there is a video to walk me through on how to take apart the tower etc. Hello why should I be responsible for fixing this system. I’m not computer geek. I would not recommend buying this system and this is my second purchase. My first purchase was for my older son who struggles with depression and he got made and threw his against the wall because it stopped working. Purchased April 2024 destroyed May 2024.

The computers hardware is from 2015 it has an integrated graphics card. It cannot play any of the games that are out today. Granted you can go and buy a new graphics card but there’s also such a little space inside the case that you have to buy other things such as extenders For the PCIe slot which to buy one it’s worth anything you’re looking at about 70 bucks for the extender graphics card to run any of today’s games in this computer you’re looking at about $230-$399 just to get a GPU that will run and you have to make sure it’s compatible with this motherboard on top of the CPU being very outdated, I would stay away from this savior, 300 and something bucks and save up for a good PC. You can build a very good PC they can play games like it’s nothing and edit videos and do everything for about 700 bucks not bad at all in fact, I use this computer to get familiar with the insides and I’m now saving up to buy parts to build a new computer, because this one is such a disappointment save your money and time and stress
