It Works Like New
I own an eight year old Dyson heater unit. By the way it happensto be a brown color one. Ruined my remote in the wash.Ordered a white replacement to make it more visible.Opened the envelope it came it, pressed the ON button,Viola, it starts first press. Ran through all the other functionsto confirm it works, no hesitation or do overs necessary.Sure it is pricey but what isn't. I suppose a remote with adead battery could get shipped out. By the way you willneed a #1 Phillips head screwdriver to open battery compart-ment should you ever need to replace the battery.I enjoy my Dyson unit Winter and Summer!

Remotes don't work and I can't get through to customer service
This is the last time that I return this item! I can't even get a hold of customer service to help me. I look on utube for help and they just won't work. I love my Dyson and would like to use ALL functions!

This remote works perfectly for the Dyson model # AM09
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about this purchase, but I needed a replacement remote for my Dyson fan/heater. It worked right out of the package. It also came sooner than I expected it. If you have a Dyson fan/heater, model # AM09, and you need a replacement, get this one. The original remote was the color of the fan, but I’m pleased with the white because it’s easier to see.

This actually worked and I was so shocked
I took a chance on this and much to my surprise, it worked seamlessly with my hot+cool fan. Didn't have to put new batteries or anything! Thank you

This company was fast to respond to my order.since there are no on-off buttons on the unit, it is helpful to have an extra remote.the magnet on the 2019 unit is not as strong as on the 2016 unit, so misplacing a remote is more likely.

Didnt work for me
Came on time and looks new but didnt work for me even with a change battery it wont turn on or off my fan/heater

Not water proof!!
Accidentally dropped into my water glass.... and died. what to do, how to get my cooling heating Dyson fan to work?Check amazon! There it was....all is fine now and I keep it tucked away from my water glass.
