Does it come with a tag like the one from the movie or will I have to make one?

Yes it comes with the tag. The picture I saw on Amazon had no tag, but sure enough it was in the box, and is the whole thing is the same as the picture on the Noble Collection website. All well packaged and a really lovely size - not too big. I was very pleased with it (and I know nothing about Harry Potter, other than what my son tells me, and I am sure he will love it).
