Great Seller: Arrived Promptly and Healthy
This is the first time I've ever had to order fish online, since our local shop has closed.I received 4 Ottos (1 extra) of varying sizes. The packaging was impressive and secure, and I'll admit, difficult to open. Ensuring that these little guys had a safe trip. I followed the sellers advice on acclimating them to my tank water. They all appear healthy and lively. They have their work cut out for them since my tank gets some sunlight and is a plant growing machine with plenty of algae. Thanks for your care and I'll be buying more fish and aquatics when the weather warms up.

Kind of disappointed
I want to start off by explaining that I have three very happy and thriving otocinclus fish in a 20g tank. I order three more because I wanted to increase the school size. All fish arrived moving. However, within 15 mins of temperature acclimation (still in the bag) one stopped moving and passed away. One of the fish has a white spot on its head and the other has popeye. So now I’m treating them with antibiotics. I was so excited because I had read so many positive reviews and was then disappointed with the injured fish I received. I hope they both make it. I like the concept of buying fish online, but I’ll stick to buying them locally, even if I have to wait weeks for them to be in stock.

All survived
They're already hard at work cleaning the glass. Not quite as fast as some sites may say but they've made a difference in my aquarium in the week or so I've had them. During which all have survived and done well, including the extra one they sent to make sure I got at least three alive on arrival.

Ok
All 3 were very thin on arrival. 2 had some white spots on them, 1 of those had bulging eyes, and was very lethargic. I looked in on them for several days in quarantine before the worst looking 1 died. It started going through spells of swimming and floating. The other 2 fattened up but that 1 didn't at all. The 2 that survived are well now. I messaged the seller, and received a timely response, and a refund for the 1 that died.

Sadly all didn't survive
Only 1 of the 3 fish survived initially... and the one still passed later. I got shrimp from this seller in the past with better success. The oto cats I got from Petco in the past survived with no issues. I guess shipping is too much trauma for these guys.

Cute fish and great customer service
The Oto catfish from Swimming Creatures are great. I unfortunately had a few DOA but they sent replacements right away, all of which arrived alive and are doing well. Happy with these guys and they make a great addition to the tank and have a voracious appetite for algae.

Great little fish!
Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, the fish were probably a bit late but arrived earlier than expected. I really appreciated the seller sending one additional as one was DOA, but the other 3 were healthy. They were in transit a while and had I not asked my neighbor to come get them (we were gone), they woulda been frozen (it was a 20 degree day). The seller did a great job packaging them but I won't buy again until it's warmer to avoid a potential freezing situation. Will definitely buy from this seller again.
