Kalms Night One-a-Night 28 Tablets - Traditional Herbal Medicinal Product Used for The Temporary Relief of Sleep Disturbances.

I've been using Kalms for a while now to help me sleep and I've only been able to find the boxes of 14 tablets up until now. I stumbled across these by accident and so pleased that I did as the larger boxes have saved me money! Service was super quick, they were well packaged and exactly the same as I was buying in the high street, just the larger boxes. More importantly, they actually work. I take one tablet 20-30 minutes before bed, with a small glass of water or milk and usually manage to fall asleep within a few minutes. I've not noticed any adverse reactions or side effects and I've been taking them for several months.

I’ve used them in the past and they worked really well. Must have for people during anxious moments and those who are having difficulties to fall asleep

Not as good as Nytol. We usually get Nytol from an online pharmacy but thought we'd try these as they're a bit cheaper. Will likely just pay more for Nytol again though.

Nothing wrong with the product, but delivery very bad, driver left the package wedged between dust bins out of sight from the house half way up the drive. Dust collection next morning, they would have taken it if l had not gone there just by chance.

Help me fall asleep. Not for temporary use, can use every night unlike some other sleep aid pills. I love a kalms.
