I started using a vibration plate at a body sculpting office and I loved it. Her vibration plate was super expensive but I found this one on Amazon for a lot cheaper. It doesn’t vibrate quite as hard as her commercial unit did, but it still does a great job on the highest setting. I’ve just gotten it set up and used it once, I’m excited about getting started with it.

Wow this is terrific! I have had it for a week now, have used it for 10 minutes daily, and already I feel good things happening in my body. Right after I use it, for a long time, every cell in my is sparkly and tingly! I can feel myself firming and toning. So glad I have this and have incorporated its use into my daily routine. Only downside is that the armbands are somewhat flimsy and mine broke after a few weeks. I purchased more substantial weighted resistance bands that work well.

It works good. Everyone else who has come over has tried it too. They like it. Goes up to 99. Haven't had it long enough to notice much yet.

It works well It's a lot of fun and it's healthy but I keep on getting a rash between my feet every time I'm going on it

This vibration plate exercise machine has been LIFE CHANGING!!! I never in a million years thought that this vibration exercise works or even existed! I stumbled upon this on Amazon and started researching more about the benefits of vibration plate exercises. From the first day of using this exercise plate, I felt my thighs burning as my entire body was just jiggly. I could not endure more than a few seconds the first time I used it. Then I tried it for like 3 minutes the next day and I work up the following day feeling like I worked out for an hour at the gym. Fast forward, it's been like two months since having this vibration plate and I'm now ADDICTED to vibration plate exercises and therapies. I've become such a pro at it, I can withstand half hour workouts on this vibration plate. I found a bunch of exercises online and have been following them. They are great for all exercises as it really does accelerate and augment your workout. For example, if I'm going to do lunges or pushups, I do it on this vibration plate! If I have small dumbbells or a kettle bell, I'll do my arm exercises on the vibration plate! It really does add value to your workout in that your muscles are more worked out and the next day, you will feel toned and less bloated! It also keeps my skin looking great and I look younger and feel better when I use vibration plate exercise. I highly recommend this vibration plate. It's a good value and works great. I've lost 5 pounds so far in two months! For me, that's a huge achievement since I've had so much difficulties loosing weight.

This is an AXV store brand vibration plate exercise machine which can be used for a whole body workout. It comes with 2 resistance workout bands which allows you to exercise your upper body and lower body at the same time. I love that it comes with a remote control and that you can play music on a built-in bluetooth speaker using your phone. There are five programs already installed and you can also use the exerciser by selecting your own settings. Your daily routine exercise can be completed in only 10 minutes. This machine is built very sturdy and appears to be well made. It should last a long time. When I first stepped onto the exerciser, I used the first program setting (P1). It actually does create a full-body vibration that stimulates all the muscles in your body. There is nothing to put together. Just read the directions, plug it in, step onto the machine and vibrate away. I am looking forward to seeing the positive effects my body receives after using it for a few weeks.

I love this little vibration pill liked it is very comparable to the one I used at physical therapy. Of course it’s still not that industrial but it works and I use it every day and I use it five minutes before I go to sleep at night and I sleep well, I do exercises on it and stretching I mean it’s just a great thing this vibration plate technology if you will
