Great Support
I did something to my thumb which made my left hand almost unusable. After wearing it consistently, I now only use it for lifting heavier objects. My thumb is getting better, slowly but surely. It’s comfortable to wear. It is not as bulky as other braces and can be tightened with the Velcro straps. Easy to clean in washing machine.

Helps a lot, but uncomfortable.
I got two. One is great. The other has a small rough spot the chaffs the back side of my thumb. It still helps the joint but irritates the skin a little. Worth it, but more attention to detail would make it great.

Good try but quality is not there
Good try but quality is not there.Good price, but lacks quality. Great idea to make Velcro replaceable. Bad idea to just stick small pieces of Velcro at both ends. Take a look at the 3rd picture. Because the Velcro is just a piece, I can't let it out more to fit better. And trying to adjust the two straps on the other end doesn't help. The plastic part is misshapen. Take a look at the last picture (grey one is for comparison and is the expensive brand). The shape of the place where thumb comes out is not an oval. Support seems to be ok regardless but it's not comfortable. It also digs into the space under finger as there is a Triangular piece sticking out..I could go on but the point is, it doesn't work.Oh, and stuffing it into a smaller box for shipping, doesn't do it any favors. They bent it when trying to squish it in.Returning

Good enough
I’ve been wearing Push Metagrip for years but tired of the price. This works good enough…so far. Severe cramping has yet to occur. Difference is the plastic body is softer than the Push. The support at the thumb base seems sufficient. Three Velcro straps may seen excessive but with care in removing by alternating which is loosened I’m hoping they last longer. Also they are replaceable, Push’s aren’t. The sleeve underneath is weird, we’ll see. I would prefer a sleeve over the top to prevent Velcro from catching edges. I’ve tried reversing and putting sleeve over the top but too tight. I prefer this beige color as less noticeable than Push’s grey. Darker skin may prefer Push grey or the black one on Amazon.

Great sling! Supports your thumb comfortably.
Quick shipment. I have arthritis in my hand and this was recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon. I measured my hand and the sling fit my hand nicely. It does not rub or interfere with me doing my job. Most of the time, I don't even notice it's there. The grey color does not stand out and it's not noticeable on my hand for the most part. It is easy to put on and remove. I'm glad I bought this.

Durable and lightweight
Does the job, though I can’t really say it’s comfortable. I think anything that needs to restrict the motion of the thumb is hard to get used to.I like the fact that this brace is lightweight and doesn’t change the temperature of my hand. It’s also easy to clean, with a replacement band if I want to let the first one dry out. The goal here is to keep the thumb joint in place while the tissue heals. This design definitely works for that.

Relieves Thumb Joint Pain While Allowing Almost Normal Movement
I like that my thumb joints (right and left) are much less painful. I thought I ordered size L the first time--large hands for a female--but I received size medium and had to return them. I had to request a refund and reorder, but the size L arrived a few days later. I tried using the braces without the hand sleeves the first day, and the plastic between my thumb and pointer finger hurt, so I had to take them off. Today, I used the little hand sleeves that were included, and they are much more comfortable, although a bit hot to wear. The sleeves are a stretchy rubber/plastic glove type material. Perhaps I can leave off the little sleeves after I get used to the braces.I tried other braces, but they severely restricted use of my fingers. I am typing while wearing these new braces--something I could not do with other braces I tried. My doctor recommended a more expensive version that he let me try on. I don't notice a difference between these and the more expensive braces he recommended. If you have joint pain in your thumbs and need to use your hands, these are worth trying.
