Item arrived dead out of the box and was replaced under warranty after two weeks of followup. The replacement piece is also defective and does not take the load. PC does not complete boot sequence and shuts down in seconds

It's Ok for Now.
I am very scared when I bought it but for now it's working fine. It's flat Cables is ok but it's red colour headers is odd for me. Overall build quality is good. Easy to install ofcourse. It will fit in every tower Case.

Go for it
First dump your Rs 800 to 900 bugs cheap SMPS, as it will not take the load of GPUs that have seperate power connectors and also kills youe ram. You need 80 plus gold based SMPs as they have very high efficiency compared to the cheap ones. You gpu will not shutdown in the middle due to power issue. I had 2 workstations and their smps blew. I bought cheap ones for getting the work done but eventually some rams gave up and also when graphics load increases my display kept getting blank. When I bought this 80 plus gold and got is installed, all my issues went poof. 3 words, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

At this segment , compared to other brand, this SMPS was easy to install, with minimal fan noise, and dedicated sorted ports
