Love this game! One, we're a family of 5 and it can sometimes be hard to find a game we can all play (ages 11, 14, 17 and parents) and this fit the player number and skills of everyone. Two, it's beautiful. Three, once you get the hang of it, you can add more strategy and the play time speeds up. Lastly, my only small complaint is I wish the box had dividers for the different cards so they dont get mixed up when you put it all away, small thing though.

I'm an avid plant lover, and I received this game as a Christmas gift. I absolutely love to play it with my family of all different ages. At first, it looked a little childish, but once my family and I played, it actually turned out to be such a great game. The instructions were really user-friendly and fun to follow. The boards are well made, and the little plastic and wood pieces are pretty durable. (We have dropped them a few times). It comes with a score card pad too that is aptly themed as well as little bags for all of the little pieces. The box is an average size for a board game and fits all the components of the game in it even after taking it out of the manufacturers packaging. When playing, a fair amount of space is best which will depend on how many people are playing. We find that the dining room table edge is typically sufficient for 2-3 people. Depending on the level of conversation and the number of people, the game takes approximately 30-45 minutes with setup and take down. The artwork included is beautiful too. All of the plant cards are well designed as well as all of the boards. The plants are also very inclusive so you may be able to find some of the houseplants you already own (if you own any :)). They are primarily houseplants though.

Fun to play with the family, love the pieces and complements, it is as much enjoyable to see as it is to play. If you like plants, go for it!
