Support from Ceton is TERRIBLE! - Updated: After a lot of effort this is now working.
Update: after a lot of work with support reps at CETON this is now working. So updated my review from a 1 star to 3 star.I purchased the Ceton TV 4 USB over a month ago and it has never worked. The drivers fail to install properly and it is not recognized by my computer. I have worked with Ceton Support for over a month now and they are absolutely terrible. They only provide one response per day, they essentially have me restart my computer and reinstall over and over. Despite working with Ceton Support the device still doesn't work. Not only that but they lie to me. They called me 5 days ago saying that they were going to send me drivers that should fix the problem - then they forgot to send the email and went on holiday! The support from this company is garbage. And it still doesn't work... $300 wasted on a pile of crap.

Updated- Drive flaw prevents reaching its full potential. Works well and allowed me to ditch the cable box
Updated May 19, 2015--While I was initially pleased with the unit after years of needing constant reboots or disconnecting the USB to reduce the memory usage, I have finally had enough. Over time the non-paged memory in my Windows 7 machine would grow until the system became unstable and required a reboot or unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. This would happen every 2-7 days, generally in the 3-5 day range. After finally having enough of it I used poolmon to determine what was consuming the memory and it turned out to be the Ceton USB driver. After several emails back and forth I was told "Maintenance is a fundamental requirement of all PC environments. Regular OS updates and reboots are part of that maintenance". To say that when a reboot is needed 2-3 days after start up to release memory held by a driver's memory leak is a fundamental requirement that is not proper support.Hopefully you won't experience the same issue, but if search you will find others with this issue who have gone so far to power their InfiniTV through electric timers for nightly resets of the units.---OriginalProduct has been working great. I have it connected to a Windows 7 desktop and using Windows Media Center I was able to turn in the cable company's HD/DVR cable box and get a pretty good discount on my bill. It was a hassle getting the cable card from the cable company, but once I got my hands on it the setup was easy. I'm able to watch or record 4 streams simultaneously, so I have a few Xbox 360's in different rooms acting as extenders and meaning I was able to remove cable boxes from them as well.

Great Quad Tuner after Setup Problems and Blinking problem
I purchased the Ceton 4 tuner USB for my Windows 7 PC. After picking up the MCARD from Comcast here in Houston, I followed the instructions exactly. However it would not tune in any cable channels. Reinstalled, scratched my head and called Comcast several times. Finally, I read another review on Amazon about this product which provided the solution to me.- Uninstalled Norton Antivirus.- Installed Microsoft Security Essentials for free from Microsoft website- Rebooted then I reran Windows Media Center as Administratorwent to Media Center TV setup. This time it recognized the 4 tuners then reported it was finished. Then I started up Windows Media Center and Voila! I was tuning in all the channels, no problem on my PC. Started up my XBOX 360, set it up as a media center Extender, went to Media Center and now I can watch Live TV from my big screen. Happy camper now. But I must admit, I spent 1 1/2 days trying to figure out this problem with Comcast phone help. The problem was truly on my side of the phone. I was not able to find a Ceton phone number for help, but Amazon customer reviews really help!BUT after using for a week or so, I noticed my monitor's whole screen BLINKING when I was watching Live TV with Windows Media Center. After reporting the problem to Ceton Support via email, I spent lots of time sending diagnostic files to Ceton. Finally, the SOLUTION came down to uninstalling a utility called EASYSETPACKAGE that came with my new LG LED monitor. It controlled options that affect the screen and windows like Cinema Mode, Dual Web, etc, which apparently conflicted with Windows Media Center and caused the whole monitor screen to blink (go blank) for 1 to 3 seconds. Its icon resided in the hidden notifications area of the taskbar on the right. Ceton Support spent a lot of time with me in trying to resolve this blinking problem via emails, no phone.Every once in a while, I still get "Listening or Viewing Conflict" or "No Tuner Available" messages. Don't know why. But HD recordings work great.Still waiting for my wife to give me thumbs up to return the Comcast DVRs. She is a master on the Comcast DVR Remote and a slow adopter for the Xbox 360 remote. But I love Windows Media Center with the Ceton 4 Tuner setup with the Xbox 360 extenders.Note this little Ceton USB tuner box when horizontal was running a bit hot, so I rigged it to stand up vertically for better air circulation and it now stays very cool. I actually used a holder meant for an old router.Cudos to Ceton Support for sticking with me to solve problems that were found not to be caused by the InfiniTV tuner. Great product and deserves 10 stars!
