With just two wheels, how well does it roll when it is full with weights? My work out space is tight so I'd be rolling this around to make space.

It rolls fine. I usually leave this in one spot, but I’ve moved it a handful of times when cleaning. No issues with the wheels.

Can you fit more regular olympic weight plates that arent bumper plates? Also will a heavy trap hex bar stand on this that weighs 80 pounds?

I have a training bar and a Olympic 15 kg bar and the plates I use are 15s and 10s lbs The rack holder keep the bars in place even when I take the plates. It works pretty good
