Eufy C10 I’m really pleased with the eufy Robot Vacuum C10. It has powerful suction and does a great job picking up dust, crumbs and pet hair, while the slim design allows it to get underneath furniture that a larger vacuum simply couldn’t reach. I set it to clean when I leave the house, when I return it's done and returned to it's docking station, however I do need to pick up objects like shoes. The LiDAR navigation and smart mapping work very well, and it moves around efficiently without constantly bumping into things. I also really appreciate the self-emptying feature, which makes it much more hands-free and convenient. It’s relatively quiet too, so it doesn’t cause much disruption while running. Overall, a very capable robot vacuum that saves time and keeps the floors looking clean with minimal effort. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I'll be honest: I was a bit skeptical about getting a robot vacuum, but a friend of mine kept insisting I try the eufy L60. I'm so glad I listened! The initial setup was a total breeze. I had it connected to my Wi-Fi and synced with the eufy app in just a few minutes. The interface is intuitive, and I didn't run into any of the "smart home headaches" I was worried about. The cleaning performance is what really blew me away. I wasn't expecting it to be this thorough, but it picks up everything. It handles carpets remarkably well, transitioning from hard floors without losing suction power. I also frequently leverage the multi-floor mapping feature, which works perfectly for the different levels of my home. The only minor "issue" I encountered is that the sensors can get a bit confused by large mirrors (I have floor-to-ceiling mirrors on my wardrobe doors). To fix this, I just had to temporarily cover the bottom of the mirrors while it did the initial mapping. Once the map was saved, I added a no-go line in the app for extra safety, and it hasn't had a problem since! If you're on the fence like I was, take the plunge. It's efficient, smart, and has definitely exceeded my expectations. Total lifesaver!

This robot vacuum is really good overall and makes cleaning so much easier. It picks up dust and dirt well and I like that it can both vacuum and mop, which saves time. It’s easy to use and gets around most areas without any issues. The suction is strong and it does a good job on both hard floors and carpets. However, it’s not perfect — sometimes it can miss bits or need a bit of help, and the battery isn’t the longest compared to others. Overall though, a really good vacuum that does most of the work for you and is definitely worth having.

I purchased this item over a year ago as a gift based on the fact I already had one. If you want an intuitive robotic vacuum cleaner that sucks up dirt then it's difficult to not recommend this item. The app for it, once set up, is a breeze to use, with the ability to change suction levels and the amount of passes the cleaner makes. The set up process is a little time consuming as it makes a map of the floor level it is to be used on, it then gives you the ability to fine tune it; to block off areas, name rooms, allocate suction level and how many times it cleans an area (once or twice). There is a handy scheduler within the app to select quieter times of the day for it to complete its task. It will provide notifications if it gets trapped or stuck and will auto shut off and also provides maintenance notifications. I would recommend.

I've been wa ting a robot vacuum for a while but my husband didn't think it woukd be worth the money. Eventually decided to get one regardless and spent a long time researching which one to get. I knew I wanted an Eufy, which narrowed it down somewhat, but there were still so many different models! To help narrow the search down further I decided I wasn't bothered abiut having a hybrid one, as the reviews of the 'mop' feature weren't great. Instead, the key features for me were high suction and mapping capabilities, as there were a few places I didn't want it to go (under the sofa, places there are loose cables, etc). I came across the L60, which was cheaper than some of the other models but with the highest suction and mapping. I couldn't find any reviews, and realised this was because it was a relatively new model. Decided to risk it anyway, especially as it had £50 off, making it even cheaper. I've always found Amazon Customer Services great so thought if I experienced any issues I'd be covered. I'm so glad I took the risk, as my title says, it's one of the best things I've bought. Working full time with three young children with extra curricular clubs I find it hard to keep in top of the housework, including vacuuming/sweeping. Eugene, as our Robovac is affectionately known, has been a game changer. I can put him on whenever needed to keep on top of everything. For example, vacuuming the kitchen floor after breakfast whilst we get ready for work and school. It's also helped keep the house tidier generally, as the kids get warned before he wakes up to make sure all their toys are off the floor. Key positive features: - suction is great, I find it picks up really well both on carpet and hard floor. - charge lasts well. I'd say we have an average floor plan and he manages all of the downstairs in one go. - The rotating brushes work well at brushing in debris towards the vac, increasing the amount it picks up from outside of its own circumference. - navigation has been working well so far. The mapping means he is usually quite systematic in his cleaning, something non-mappings models are criticised for. He's only got stuck once or twice, and this was due to him becoming wedged between a step and a basket. - room cleaning: If I only need him to clean certain rooms you can select which one specifically via the app. You can also use this feature to select the order he cleans in (the order you select them in), which I find useful if I know I have some bits to tidy up in one room first, as he can still be making a start on the others. - zone cleaning: using the app you can also create specific zones for him to clean, useful if you need to do some spot cleaning. - no go zones: again using the app you can create no go zones, which I have used for areas where we have exposed cables, and for our fire hearth, for example. - Multifloor mapping allows you to have different maps for each floor in your house. - you can create routines with Alexa to use voice activation. - decent sized waste compartment, although I tend to empty everyday out of habit. Negatives: - not many to be honest! - The Alexa functionality could be better, it's quite limited to turning him on or off. It would be great if you could activate some of the above features via voice control (e.g. Room cleaning). However, I think this is an issue generally with Alexa and Eufy rather than specific to this model. - The robovac creates a map the first time it is used, which is not always accurate in identify where one room starts/ends. Within the app you can amend this by partioning and merging rooms. However, Ive found this function quite hit and miss, with it not allowing me to partion some parts of rooms it has correctly misidentified. Not a massive issue, but it does me when I ask it to clean the living room, I then need to create a zone clean, as it thinks the first part of our living room is our hallway and therefore misses this out in the room clean. Overall, I'm really pleased with the L60 and would thoroughly recommend.

I wanted to love this vacuum. For the first month or two, it worked flawlessly. However, it quickly devolved into a massive headache, and I am ultimately forced to throw it in the trash. Here is why: ⚠️ 1. Dangerous Hardware Failure (Major Fire Hazard) If you or anyone in your house has long hair, do not buy this vacuum. It absolutely cannot handle it. It clogs 2 to 3 times per room, requiring constant manual clearing. Worse yet, the roller mechanism gets dangerously hot to the touch during these clogs. The heat became so intense that the internal plastic has actually warped, making it nearly impossible to get the rollers back in. This feels like a legitimate fire risk. 📱 2. Broken Software & Connectivity After a couple of months, a software glitch completely ruined the user experience: Map Loss: It completely stopped saving maps. Every single time I want to vacuum, I have to let it remap the entire house from scratch. Troubleshooting Failed: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times and tried setting it up on multiple different phones. Nothing fixes it. Wi-Fi Drops: The vacuum constantly forgets my Wi-Fi network, forcing me to reconnect it repeatedly. Final Verdict Between the software completely breaking down and the hardware physically warping/overheating from hair, this product is completely unusable. It’s heading straight to the bin. Save your money and buy something else.

I've only had it a week, but this thing is incredible. It's mapped out all of downstairs for me - about 1000 sq ft. I've now got a super accurate floorplan of the house, which I easily labelled up with room names in the app so I can ask it to clean a specific room if I want. It now cleans my house everyday at 7pm. I thought we had a relatively clean house before, but this thing has made such a difference. The house looks amazingly clean! It evens copes with our massive long pile rug which I thought it might get stuck on, but it does a great job on it. Honestly, just take the plunge and get it, it's a game changer. Oh and Watch out for cheaper versions without 'LIDAR' - you definitely want that feature, which this has.

A fairly basic laser robot but does everything I need and I could not be more delighted with my purchase. Yes it has a small waste bin and therefore it needs emptying after every use but I don’t find this a hardship. I am very pleased and think this is a good entry level robot vacuum.

I bought our first vacuum robot in Feb 2016; I paid AED 3,499 from a US-based brand that was just starting at that time. Vacuum robots were not that popular, especially in the UAE, and for this price, I got a robot with random logic ( no mapping), but it did really well for that time. After about 5 years, I was shopping for a new one, and things became much more confusing, with so many brands and so many features. I finally settled for this one because it had all the important features, like good battery life, charge and resume, and mobile app control. For about 1000 AED, it outperforms many expensive brands. I bought a second one a few weeks later, so now I have one on each floor, and I am happy with both. The package was elegant and clean, the setup was easy, and the app is simple to use. I have only one medium thickness carpet, and it did well on it; the rest of the house is the hard floor. I never used the mopping feature. I faced an issue with the setup of the 2nd one, but it turns out that the wifi coverage wasn't that good. My advice is to follow the manual to guide where to place the base to have a smooth charging experience. Otherwise, you might face issues where the robot might not recognize the base. I strongly recommend this one, and I like that Eufy keeps updating its app frequently.

I got this vacuum in 2022.it works great and connects well with Alexa. The app is pretty cool and the device itself is very hardy. However, while it maps the rooms while vacuuming, there is no option to store these maps and so pretty tedious as you need to ensure to move away things and close doors before starting up. On top of this, the mop mode works well when it works but most of the time the device just drags around in an area. I do need to spend some time troubleshooting and if I am lucky, it starts working. I wish I had got a slightly better model but overall it's a good vacuum bot. Make sure to buy some additional boundary strips.
