Took me a minute to get the hang of it, it feels like it should go around the neck more. Once I had it positioned well, it did feel pretty good. Definitely loosened my neck muscles. The strap helps if you need to get up during use. Heat feature is nice.

In short, I would buy this again. this is designed to provide you the mobility with compact size while you are doing massage and there are multiple modes/functionality with heat on/off to select based on your appetite. For the battery life, not sure how long it will last but it is very strong and more than enough to make you feel better. I use this almost everyday that means, very comfortable, and affordable. I bought the product for my mom for on Christmas for her back problems, and she can’t use it for more than 5 minutes, the battery life on this is terrible we, its either that or it has a shortage problem.

It was a nice massager but it randomly stopped working after a year of use, and I wasn't using it that frequently, maybe a couple times a month.

Be sure this is for small child, will not fit even a small adult! The heat on this is the only good option, if you can fit into the pocket where heat is. The heat is only the back center of neck, Not the massage fingers. Is a bit noisy, but not loud. The charge does not last long, probably due to the heat option. Would not recommend for the price and size. Not comfortable, massage effectiveness on a scale from 1-10 would be a 4. Not too heavy. The strap to set massager, does not stay tight and loosens to much to enjoy.
