I start each morning with Teaonic
I'm not sure how, but even though this tea is caffeine free, it helps me feel more alert when I wake up. Now, instead of starting the day with a hot cup of earl grey, I start with Teaonic and drink my hot tea a few hours later. At first I was a little worried about the taste, but the flavor is mild and pleasant.
