HexaPlate Lite Compact Vibration Plate with Magnetic Acupoints

I am amazed at the effect from this product in the short time I have had and used it. My leg strength has increased and swelling in my ankle has been relieved. Setup and operation are straightforward- I love the remote which allows adjustments during use easy. Low noise- another bonus. I’m impressed by the durability and weight load of such a lightweight piece of equipment!

I bought this after seeing it all over social media. I was skeptical and really didn't want to but another workout item that collects dust, but this is a game changer so far. I bought it for the lymphatic drainage, but also for the balance etc. (I'm in my 60's) So easy and quiet. I use it while watching television. I keep the remote nearby or in my pocket. I went up to a 30 speed in less than a week. I am feeling less joint pain since using it and it will not collect dust. Not sure about weight loss but it has not been that long yet.

What could be better – The remote could be more intuitive — took a minute to get used to the controls – It’s a bit louder than I expected on higher settings, so I wouldn’t use it late at night without headphones My results I’ve used it consistently for a few weeks and feel it’s helped with muscle activation, balance work, and warming up before exercise. Combined with movement, it doesn’t replace workouts but enhances them. Overall, a quality vibration plate for the price — worth it if you want more options beyond basic workouts.

Received this week so it’s hard to see any benefits yet. I do feel more relaxed, loosened muscles immediately after use. Main goal is lymphatic drainage and post workout recovery. It’s fun to use in the morning to wake me up! Remote is necessary. Fair price. I’ll update this review after a month or so.

Excellent workout without a lot of effort. Great results. Helps with my circulation esp lymphatic system. It's great because I can move it whereever I want to work out. My favorite spot is in front of the TV! Highly recommend.

Love this vibration plate, I used it consistently morning and evening for 2 weeks and definitely felt a difference! Easy to setup and user friendly! I suffer circulation issues in my legs and it feels really good especially at the end of the day!

I purchased this device primarily to help manage my lipedema, but it turned out to have an unexpected bonus—it greatly alleviated my restless leg syndrome. Whenever the symptoms come on—the overwhelming urge to move- I step on the plate for a few minutes, and I remain comfortable for the rest of the night. I keep it under my desk and use it multiple times a day to improve circulation. One of the best and most economical purchases I’ve made to support better health!

I'm loving my Lifepro Vibration Plate! The only problem I have is the cord doesn't seem to connect very well. But other than that it really works great! If anyone is deciding to get one. Give this one a try. It's not too big and it's light enough to carry from room to room. And it's great for after workouts! Go for it. Do a body good!
