Definitely helps with rosacea! I used to use Soolantra every night for my horrible rosacea redness but unfortunately I turned 26 and was taken off my dad's insurance so I couldn't afford it anymore. I looked around and found that Azelaic Acid 10% is supposed to be helpful. I put this the Azelaic Acid 10% at night and put "Hey Honey Relax moisturizer" over top to prevent drying and I can honestly say this works better than the Soolantra! Only downside is that it does burn a small amount until you get used to it.

Works pretty good if you have rosacea but it can be drying to the face.

Waxiness is a deal breakerMy issue is oiliness and breakouts while getting used to Rinvoq. The last thing I needed was waxiness in a treatment. Im actually a little angry because the add stated no extra oils and surface hydration without tackiness. Totally untrue, read down in the ingredients and it has shea butter, very tack and sticky to say the least. Im sick that I wasted my money on this, its useless.

You only need a small amount, and it rubs in easily. The redness reduces pretty quickly. Using it twice a day for rosacea on the face.

So far, it is great. It seems to be gentle on my skin, no burning and no foul smell like most products. I have not used it long enough to know if it will help with redness, but it has already helped with the itching.
