After trying so many supplements on Amazon with little to no results, this inositol has truly worked wonders for me. My periods had completely stopped for almost 2 years, and I had to rely on Provera to induce a cycle. I was diagnosed with PCOS, which made everything even more frustrating. I started using this product in September 2025 and continued through October, and since then my periods have been coming on their own without Provera. I’m still using it, and I’m honestly so grateful for the results. To add to that, I’ve also lost weight while using it, which was a huge bonus for me. Despite my PCOS diagnosis, this has been a total game changer. PCOS girlies, this could be your solution! I highly recommend this product, all I can say is stay consistent for good results.

I started with the Liquid form and got my period within 1week of use, which was a very normal period. I am trying the powder now, as was unable to get the liquid. So far, I have found it easy to take as well dissolving in water. The taste is tolerable as well. I am hopeful that it will regulate my period, as it is same constituents with the liquid. I have given a 4 because I loved the ease of using the Liquid.

Tried this supplement for the last month as my usual ones from My Ova were out of stock. This didn't work at all. No period, still had sugar cravings, skin is worse than when I started, no change in energy or mood. Capsules were a decent size but it was annoying having to take 6 tablets a day, My Ova is only 4 and they're chewable. Overall bad quality and total waste of money.

I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS for over 10 years now and told a few years back to start taking Inositol. I tried a popular brand in the UK but it didn’t have the reported good effects so I stopped. After researching the benefits I decided to find other brands and came across this. The formulation is different, with the strength being higher and the additional vitamins such as B12, B6 and Zinc. I have noticed a significant difference with appetite and my PCOS symptoms. It’s still early days but it has shown a better effect. Aside from this the taste is pleasant and it’s easily mixed in a small glass of water. I have found this works best alongside a healthy diet and other supplements such as magnesium.

Even if I closed the lid properly it still dried out and became hard as concrete.. had to throw the whole batch. Maybe try to make the pot more air tight or add some air drier. Product was good tho

Ayant un sopk avec une forte insulinorésistance ces gélules en complément d'une alimentation IG bas m'aide énormément. Mon poid était bloqué malgré deux moins de rééquilibrage alimentaire et après 10 jours de prise j'ai perdu 1.2 kilos en grande partie liés au fait que je n'ai plus faim entre les repas et moins d'appétit en général. Je n'ai pas encore d'effet sur l'acné ou la perte cheveux. Je prend trois Gélules avec mon petit déjeuner et trois avec mon repas du soir contraire a ce qui est marqué sur la notice je préfère les prendre pendant les repas pour permettre une assimilation correcte du zinc contenu dedans.

La boite est très pratique avec la petite cuillère interieur. Très facile à préparer et se dissout facilement. Le goût est plutôt neutre, agreable. En utilisant seulement presque un mois je peux voir changement positif sur ma peaux.

Positiv aufgefallen ist mir vor allem die Wirkung mit Bezug auf das Ausbalancieren der Hormone, die bei mir persönlich schon nach kurzer Zeit spürbar war. Die Handhabung ist unkompliziert, der mitgelieferte Messbecher macht die Dosierung sehr einfach und ich finde die Pulverform sehr angenehm, da man schon genügend Vitamin-Tabletten einnimmt. Für meine Nutzung erfüllt das Produkt seinen Zweck absolut, ich kaufte es, da ich über den positiven Effekt von D-Chiro und Myo Inositol auf die Eireifung las, insbesondere bei schwierigem Hormonhaushalt, PCOS, Endometriose usw. Was soll ich sagen- nur zwei Monate nach täglicher Einnahme wurde ich endlich schwanger- und das nach einer langen Zeit, in der es vorher nicht geklappt hat. Dies mag vielleicht ein Zufall sein, ich empfehle jedoch seither allen meinen Freundinnen, die schwanger werden möchten dieses Produkt- denn den Hormonhaushalt wieder in die Balance zu bringen und zu unterstützen, ist für einen Kinderwunsch in jedem Fall hilfreich. Insgesamt eignet sich das Produkt sehr gut für alle Frauen, die mit wenig Aufwand und maximalen Ergebnis ihren Hormonhaushalt unterstützen wollen und sich evtl. auch mit dem Kinderwunsch Thema auseinander setzen.

Muy buena experiencia con SOP y ciclos más regulares Llevo varios meses tomando este inositol porque tengo síndrome de ovario poliquístico (SOP) y, en mi caso, me ha ayudado mucho a regular el ciclo menstrual. Antes tenía menstruaciones muy irregulares y, desde que lo tomo de forma constante, me viene prácticamente todos los meses. Evidentemente, cada cuerpo es diferente, pero quería compartir mi experiencia porque para mí ha supuesto una mejora importante. En cuanto a la toma, sigo la dosis de 3 cápsulas por la mañana y 3 por la noche, lo que me resulta fácil de incorporar a mi rutina diaria. Las cápsulas son cómodas de tragar, no tienen sabor ni dejan un regusto desagradable. También me gusta que combine myo-inositol y D-chiro-inositol, además de vitaminas y minerales, por lo que resulta un suplemento bastante completo. Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, los resultados no fueron inmediatos; en mi caso hicieron falta varias semanas de constancia para empezar a notar cambios, así que recomiendo ser paciente. En definitiva, mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva y, si tienes SOP y tu profesional sanitario te ha recomendado este tipo de suplemento, creo que merece la pena probarlo. Yo, personalmente, volveré a comprarlo.
