I've only been taking them for almost a week, and I can honestly say my energy level has increased SUBSTANTIALLY - as so have my sleep patterns. People don't realize how much Potassium deficiency contributes to your overall health - and especially females my age. They are expensive, but the improvement on my overall health and well-being is worth it.

I purchased this potassium because my doctor said I was moderately low in potassium. This was the highest dosage I can find. I have no complaints about the product except there seems to be a consistency in the amount of capsules contained in the plastic bottle. Every bottle of this potassium has a large amount of empty capsules. Very strange. I have never come across that in any supplement except in rare instances. The current bottle that I opened only about two weeks ago has already shown about 10-12 empty capsules. This is not the first time with this brand. Very strange. I do not know if they are included in the 240 capsule count. One star off for the empty capsules.

I started taking these about 2 months ago because my doctor told me I had low potassium. These help out because I don't eat a lot of bananas or other fruits and vegetables with potassium in them. When I have my blood tested my potassium levels have raised while I was taking these. I'm still taking them as a supplement though.

Used the product for a few eyars but last bottle is a disappointment. So many empty capsules and a powder on the bottom of the battle.
