Worked well under knee brace

I wore this under the TROM knee brace that I was in for 6 weeks. While it does have a slip resistant ring at the top and bottom, the top of the sleeve did want to slide a bit, but was held up by my brace strap. I was NOT looking for compression with this sleeve, just comfort under the brace and a barrier to bare skin and it provided that. It was comfy to wear all day underneath my brace and as long as my brace was tight enough nothing would slip. It’s definitely worth it for anyone that will be in a brace for long and wants an extra barrier

The sleeve is perfect thickness and not too tight, very comfortable against the skin

Perfect for under the knee brace. The brace was giving me a rash from rubbing, also the brace against my skin made me sweat alot. The sleeve prevents all of those problems. Also the sleeve is NOT a thick material, just right.

Runs super small.

Fit runs super small. I used the size measurements that they provided and should fit in a XL seeing I'm 24" around 6" above my knee. The XL is super tight at the top. So now I will either have to order a XXL and hope that fits on top without being loose at the bottom or find something else.
